Nobody worse at clock and timeout management than Andy Reid. Nobody better than BB.

Really??? The Saints has 1st down with under two minutes to go and the Rams had two timeouts left. Payton calls a pass! The arrogance and stupidity of that call is unreal. Than he’s upset because the refs blew a call? It should have never come to that.

The same coach that’s taking his QB off the ball to run useless gimmick plays with Hill. One that almost resulted in a fumble. The blown call was inexcusable but so was some of the idiocy being employed on offense.

    Just sickening result

Lose +3.5 thanks to new OT rules and a stupid coin flip

What “new OT rules”? Even in the old rules a TD would have ended the game and KC had 0 shot of stopping anyone so no way the Pats play for a FG kick as they were going to score the TD regardless.

I actually thought the Pats were dumb in OT to thow it like 10 straight times forcing themselves to have to convert 3rd and long 3 times in a row. All they had to do was hand it off to Burkhead or Michel 10-15 times and they easily score a TD averaging 5-6 yards per run.

You without a doubt play differently when a FG wins it instead of a TD. In particular on third and long situations. It’s foolish to think otherwise.

The whole missed call in the saints rams game narritive is useless imo. Obviously it was a blown call, yet were negating the Fact that the saints lost the game themselves by having multiple opportunities to win the game earlier and allowing the rams to crawl back into the game. Lastly the league should be able to review the calls simple as that. But THE SAINTS LOST THE GAME THEMSELVES NOT ONE CALL.

If the call is made the game is over. The should of won anyway argument is weak. There’s another team out there that’s pretty damn good.

KC couldn’t stop the run no matter how badly they sold out so unless your suggesting that the Pats would have ran down the field and taken a knee so they could kick a FG there was nothing stopping them from scoring a TD on that drive.

By the time they got into chip shot FG range they only ran the ball right up the middle which everyone in the world knew they were doing and they still got 15 yards in 3 plays. KC’s only hope was to force a turnover or win the coin toss.

Thanks again to all that post here. I know you could care less about season long league stuff, but in my second year of doing it, I took down the league championship yesterday. Thurs night I drafted Mahomes, Damien Williams, Michel, Tyreek, Edelman, Josh Hill, LAR kicker, and NO defense. The lineup beat my opponents lineup by 31 points for the win. I never pulled a Deebo and asked who to play, but instead took notes from your posts each week to help me learn. Thanks again! Logan

    That is 100% true.

Saints were robbed, but the 1st down call had me screaming at the tv… absolutely stupid. That gifted the Rams at least 2 plays in the final drive.

James White disappearance in the 4th and OT costed me. Finished about 12 pts from the top in the $20.

Not sure if he was fatigued or got a knock… game set up perfectly for him down the stretch, but it was all Burkhead and Michel.

Had Michel in other lineups, if I had him on that one would be a happy guy now…

I mean there were a lot of no calls the entire game, the refs were letting them play. That one was pretty egregious but you can’t not call PI for the whole game and then all of a sudden switch it up and call it on a game winning drive either.

The office in NY needs to a zap in button. They should be able to override blatant stuff in the playoffs. The saints lost like the Bears lost, if you are the better team at home you should leave no doubt, not let it come down to 1 play. Either team could have won either game, NE just never seems to line up offsides to ruin a game ending play. It’s insane that 1/2 of their Super Bowls came down to something like that. A coach choking, an opppsing player making a mistake or just something “lucky.” Either way, it’s insane that there is this “major gap” in how they prepare and scheme over other teams. No other team really comes close on an even remotely consistent basis. They lose Gordon and just become a dominant running team with a genius and head coach/qb. No biggie.

The best thing about them and LA winning is I don’t have to watch sports news until the super bowl. I remember fans telling me how much they hated Jordan’s Bulls because they got sick of them winning, wanted someone else to win. Nothing but respect for them, but zero interest in hearing 2 weeks worth of stories about them and not especially interested in hearing about the Rams either. Congrats squid.

    — The dumbest coaching move I thought yesterday was Reid flying down the field and scoring with 3 mins left in regulation. I had the under in that game. Had NE for first qtr and 1/2, then KC for the second half. These coaches sometimes seem like they’d rather score passing then win a game.

Crazy day. Both road teams winning after all 4 homes teams won last week. Still can’t believe the switch this team turned on. Defense pressuring the QB all the time, then the run game. I’m still in shock. Gronk coming back from the dead. A lot to take in

Yoi talked me out of Gronk. Thought he would be a weapon Vs them, barely used him. The think I can’t get is why teams are not better at copying them. Like the schemes they used to get pressure for instance. The other thing I don’t get is why teams don’t use the amoeba D vs them. Just like 6-8 guys standing around at the line until snap. Balt used to do it to Manning back when that O was unstoppable.

The last 2 yrs they’ve gotten better at being them. The talent had huge holes both years and they found a way. I told you as soon as the run game started becoming elite that they had a chance. Crazy that you tried talking me out of that too.

Line moved from LA -1 to NE -2 in a heartbeat. Surprised LA opened as a fav to be honest.

  • mike42

Sony was less then 17% in the wildcat. That’s why I posted about him, he wasn’t going to be chalk even after the week before.

  • bluehaze013

There was a narrative for Gronk being most people thought the Chiefs would win and Pats players saying he’s said he’s retiring after this season so could have been his last game. I think theres an even bigger narrative for him in the SuperBowl. Same for Gurley he was practically crying in the post game interview saying he’s been playing bad and didn’t deserve to be in the game. They probably both get pumped up on painkillers and go beast mode for the last game of this season.

It wasn’t pain that made Gurley drop 2 passes, one of which led to an INT. He’s physically okay man, sounded just like tendinitis which most rb’s have or have something similar too. He cost them a first down on third down on the second one too. Thought he still should have played more but his benching was entirely based on poor play.

Yeah nobody really knows injury or not maybe it’s just me but watch this and tell me he’s not going to give 200% in his next game lol

I listen to too much negative sports radio around here that’s a leak in my game. And they needed Gronk more this game to lineup on the outside as more of a downfield option when they started to trail. Sorry if I cost u 💰💰. I didn’t play him either
