For me ravens should look to go at cheifs lbs all game, exploiting that matchup= all the rbs and te are in play to me, although i do agree the honey badger could be on Andrews quite a bit.

I pretty much love all the rbs and te on both sides, obvisouly tyreek and Hollywood have slate breaking ability.

the ravens have 3 guys that could all be “the guy”

Kyler is another but they are outliers.

Kyler and Isabella was pretty good yesterday. Lamar to Boykin or Snead today. I see Lamar trying to throw the ball more this year. He has been really working on it and so far so good. I think KC will try to get CEH in space out of the backfield and I do think Mahomes may run a little more as plays break down. Maybe Boykin or Snead as Capt. with both QB’s, 2 running backs and either Watkins or Hardman.

I have run all of the permutations and done an intense analysis to come up with the winning line up-I know what is coming next

For sure, it’s gonna come down to who scores for them, i like dobbins tonight I’m gonna hitch my wagon to him.

I’m throwing a couple entries into the milly maker. Here’s my take, and I’m sure it’s a popular one:

Ravens get a solid lead. KC, while still good, seemingly haven’t looked as explosive to start the season. They’ll be playing catch up in the second half.

Ravens D provide a solid 10 points at nice value by the end of this game. Another value pick to compensate for the high end picks we want to include (Kelce/Mahomes/Jackson) is Watkins. I think Ravens D do well in restricting Hill and Mahomes looks to Watkins in the second half to bring them back into the game. He’s a nice value on DK.

Considering the lead I believe the Ravens get, Tucker isn’t a bad option for the value and point correlation. As for the Ravens RBs, I have no clue and therefore don’t intend to touch them. I believe one of them will do well and my guess is Ingram.

Also, if you don’t feel comfortable picking players outside of the top guys, I suggest punting with a cheap 2k or less guy at one of the flex spots to incorporate the likes of Kelce, Andrews, Hill, Jackson, and Mahomes.

    I like Dobbins the least

So it sounds like Ingram is used for carries, Dobbins for passing plays and Edwards for blowouts.

Using that logic, Ingram if Baltimore wins, Dobbins if Baltimore plays from behind and Edwards if you think this game blows out.

I’m trying to figure out why you say Dobbins is the passing guy when he has exactly 1 target through 2 games. He has 9 carries and 2 Rushing TDs.

Could have have also gone through resultsDB here and checked too though. Just would have taken longer of course.

Chris Raybon seems to think Honey Badger will limit Mark Andrews and they scheme for Hollywood Brown

This is why I think there’s more of an edge to the second half showdowns. You’ll know after the first half if this is true.

You can only guess right now if Tyrion Lanaster will limit andrews and they scheme for Hollywood brown. Even so, can they stop them anyway?

I think what he was implying is Dobbins is used on passing downs more than Ingram. So, if the Ravens are playing from behind, it’s safe to say Dobbins will be used more based on season trends. I’m not sure that’ll be the case, but I think that’s what he’s saying.

Dobbins has 9 carries and two TDs because, although he’s used more on passing downs, he’s still a running back. Ravens have dominated the games to date, so it’s safe to say they wanted to give their rookie some run.

EDIT: I also would like to add that I don’t think Ingram is incompetent as a passing down back. There just hasn’t been any need for him to take on that role. If this game remains close for all 60 minutes, Ingram will get the lion’s share of the snaps IMO and that includes third downs.

im not sure i am doing this the right way but ive played different receivers at captains for the chiefs and played both qb’s. My punt is Edwards and im not really leaving anything left over…. Both lineups 4 chiefs and 2 ravens.

Leaving $2000 salary w/ a DST and K….will it be enough to differentiate. Probably not

  • winnerchickendinner

Dk’s 25cent winner take all for $100 may be best value of the day haha

  • Brendan239

Doing 4 FD Milly LUs. 1 w Ingram at MVP, 1 w Hill MVP w 4 Ravens, 1 w Pat MVP w Ingram/Dobbins, 1 “chalky” w CEH @ MVP. Tucker in 3, if Balt gets a decent lead they’ll get points how they can and he could get 18 FD points.

It’s what I read, I don’t know how accurate it is.

I also saw someone say that the Ravens RB Committee will vary week to week.

Dobbins has run more routes than Ingram, for whatever that’s worth.

  • Brendan239

Is there a path to which they both put up 15-18 FD points?

sure, Ingram gets 10-12 carries for 60 yards and a TD like last game and then the Chiefs play with a lead for most of the game and Dobbins gets some late passing work and a TD.

I also saw someone say that the Ravens RB Committee will vary week to week.

Either way, the Ravens don’t pass to the RB in any volume because they have a QB that doesn’t it check it down to RBs and instead runs or throws to the TEs.

Ravens threw to RBs 62 times last year or less than 4 targets a game and catches were closer to 3 per game. So far this year they have 6 RB targets in 2 games so they have been staying on brand so far and unless you think they are playing from behind, it probably stays that way.

RB passes are not really part of any Ravens game plan – I think of Dobbins more like a change of pace back the way Justice Hill was supposed to be behind Ingram and Gus last year who yes will catch a couple when the script needs a screen but it won’t be a pass heavy Ekeler or Hines type of role.

I’m putting Tucker in my Ingram/Dobbins LU. Ravens w 30-23. All running TDs and FGs for the Ravens. Can’t say the rest. GL

thoughts on both the kickers tonight?

I’m guessing MVP Pat + Kelce. With those salaries you can fit any of the Chiefs you want so it’s gotta be one of MVP Pat + Kelce/Hill/CEH

    Maybe

    Maybe

I’d recommend switching your receiver with Pat for MVP, or add a 2nd receiving option for MVP Pat.

In the first scenario, you think Kelce hits paydirt a couple times. He will outscore Mahomes if that’s all Pat does.

If you have Mahomes as your MVP he would need to throw multiple TDs and you’d want to capture as much of that as possible.

Unless you think Mahomes rushes for a TD and some significant yardage.
