There is nothing I despise more than people twisting my thoughts and words. If I liked that sort of thing I’d get married again.

    OUCH!

I’m starting to feel a lot better about fading fournette.

Apparently you don’t believe in PFF grades like 30 of 32 teams in the NFL do. I never mentioned how last years game ended, not who won, not the score. I don’t understand the MIN hype. They are not a dominant offense by any standards. They have a journeyman QB who has played the best football of his career this season. They have two average to slightly above average RB’s. They just played a HOME playoff game which without a miracle finish they would have lost and that was against an average DL from NO. The point I’ve been driving home is that MIN OL is not very good and PHI D line is. The stats bear that out. Does that mean PHI is going to win? Fuck no, I never said anything of the kind. I’m saying if MIN OL can’t contain Graham & Cox, Keenum COULD be in for a long day. He’s prone to trying to make something out of nothing when his protection breaks down. Don’t believe me, watch his tape from this year including the second half vs NO. In particular he loves to throw that 20-30 yard corner route to the boundaries and if I know it you can damn well bet PHI knows it too. So in my not so humble opinion one of the keys to this game will be how MIN OL can handle PHI DL.

There’s no shame in being a Vikings fan…well maybe just a little…moving on

The hype is all about Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen who are probably the best WR duo in the NFL right now. They’ve bailed out Keenum a lot this season and I don’t see how they don’t beat this Eagles secondary for some chunk gains at least a few times Sunday night.

You feel good about fading a guy who’s going to get 20+ touches, passing game work and all the goal line work on a 2 game slate?

Fournette isn’t a must play by any means but feeling good about fading him would be a stretch.

Because Brady is likely to play? Long shot but what if they have to start hoyer. Asking because I can’t decide whether to play Fournette or not.

Easy Big Fella. Can’t we all just get along. Small slate in DFS, big tension on this thread.

No. We cannot get along. That is what it is all about… civil arguments. To quote Miss Universe contestants… ‘whirled peas’!

brady will be starting ans should be fine

1st they said it was a jammed hand ,,likely a finger or thumb injury these can hurt for maybe weeks

it was a cut and stiched up on wensday

worst case ,they have to put a bandaid on it during the game .if it was to pop back open and bloods flinging every time he throws lol

I’m a carpenter ,get lots of cuts ,some antibiotic and band aid ,,good to go next day

he has 5 days and doctors

I think I have settled on a pats stack of white/Lewis gronk Brady. I see no reason to play fournette and don’t trust any of the wide receivers. Any thoughts? Hoping that burkhead remains out.

Brady is playing 100 percent. He will not even be sort of affected. If anything count on him to dominate since his ability was even in question (similar to anytime you question Antonio brown)

Burkhead seems likely which makes me uneasy about all of them. Lewis if I had to pick, and I think I’d rather pair with Yeldon. He’s gonna get some pass work so hopefully he can chunk some yards and maybe hopefully score again.

james white or rex burkhead ??

Everything you say is true, yet, so was everything CG said back in week 3, 4 etc… All you need to do is be WRONG here once, by luck to become MUCK… :)
This week is extremely hard, everyone who hates N.E. wants to FIND a way to beat them, thus, pick Jack. players…
Hard to stay neutral always and pick with your math, what should happen, etc. when you want someone to lose so badly…
Good Luck, love all your posts, always great reading

I am treating Brady’s hand as a non-issue. He has multiple days and great doctors to make sure he can go. And he will. Saying that, I am not really using him in any lineups. Even if he is the highest scoring QB I can see it by only a few points. I know we want raw points once lineups lock but I want to use 4 NE players other than Brady in my lineups, mixing in pass catchers and backs to go with def and Gostkowsi. Do they limit you to 4 players on a team on DK?

  • Quadhole

I also think that Beli. makes Bortles beat him, they are going to bait bortles, let him get a couple easy throws, lay off of the WR’s and then PICK, and do it again, maybe 3 times, but after the first one Bortles will be rattled…
When I look at Jacksonville’s schedule I see EASY… Caught Texans early and then late. Lost to the only decent team they played all year in L.A. They out coached Pitt twice and this latest one, while great play calling, turnovers that were timely helped a lot. They exploited the weakness in Pitts Def. That is smart…
Now you are facing the KING…. Easy to like Jack vs N.E. I want them to win too… But notta.. This is an easy been there done that for Brady and team…
Only if, it is finally all over for this bunch do they lose…

Did you see what happened in the bills game? The bills are like 30th in run defense.

You have to make a decision to get an edge somehow, unless you have thousands of dollars for a bankroll.

I’m not even second guessing Brady playing. A teamate ran into him in practice? Did he fall into a pit of spikes?

  • joephoto

Hilarious how on media days the idiot reporters are asking Defensive players how Brady looks.
“He looks good”, “enjoy looking at him every day”, “very handsome man”. etc.
