    Take this for what it’s worth but I’ve thought all along that SF got Manny for these types of games. He’s that vet presence that I think you can expect increased usage for in the playoffs. Minny is extremely good Vs TE’s and it’s not by accident, their S’s and main LB are beasts in coverage so Kittle is my favorite fade of the weekend. I also think Shanahan passes more than most are expecting in this game and unlike NO’s, he will move the pocket to give Jimmy G extra time and outsmart Zimmer. SO while I think a SF WR is firmly in play, I would suggest not going all in on a rookie and forgetting a veteran like Manny who’s been there before. Deebo isn’t necessarily a go route type and is more of a RB at WR and I’m not sure that’s how you want to attack minny given they have studds at LB/S. I can see splitting it up between the 2 or going 75-25 either way, but a 100% Deebo feels like a mistake. I’m going more Manny than Deebo for sure given that Minny is going to have a guy that got cut by Philly playing slot and I’d guess that Manny spends some time lining up against him.

    Totally agree that Manny is gonna go overlooked and that generally I prefer the veterans in the playoffs to a rookie as I think coaches/QBs just tend to trust veterans more in pressure spots.

    Add to all that Sanders has some really good air yards numbers over the last few games despite Deebo outscoring him and I’ll take the lower owned guy for a lot of GPP leverage

    Love Deebo this weekend.

    Also like Darren Fells as a cheap TE this week. I’d rather pay up at RB and Lamar this week, so I won’t be able to go up to Kelce or Kittle and Mark Andrews is a question mark with his injury. Also because of Andrews question mark I like Hollywood Brown at 4.4k.

    Fells went 6-69 against KC earlier in the year, and if he finds the end zone he’s at 20 FPTs. KC has a decent pass rush too, so Watson might need to get rid of it early to guys like Duke Johnson and Fells

    I love Andrews at TE. TEN is legit bad vs TE’s and they just lost their best coverage LB. They’ve given up 5 top 5 scores and like 12 top 16 scores. KC has 5 guys that can hit 80 yds and/or 2 TD’s and Kittle’s matchup is literally worse case. Andrews is going to be underowned and under him, Hollister might make the cut. Atkins practiced and looks likely to play which should eliminate Fells from consideration especially if Fuller plays. With those 2, less 2 TE sets and no gurantee that Fells would be THE TE in 11 personnel if both TE’s are healthy. He dropped a big and easy pass last week.

    Exactly, I think Shanahan will call Manny’s number a lot more than Deebo’s in their first playoff game. Throw in the fact that Kittle isn’t setup for a ceiling game and it gives you reasons to think Manny might be.

    Good points, I do like Andrews as well and initially plugged him in, but i’m not sure where I would drop down from to get him. Fuller did play in the first game, but I guess they didn’t have Stills yet, which would explain why the TEs did well.

    If you’re not paying up he would be my choice as a punt.

    750 for me. I got 2 ex GF’s, my wife and ONE of my male lovers from high school to put in 150 each for me. I got like in 1 in 3 odds of winning or something like that.

    The key is not to talk about it on Twitter. I know….. smart.

    If Kelce is not a full go will Watkins be in play?Stacking this game so I am looking for some lower owned plays. Shady?

  • squidkill

    Kelce has a bruise on his knee- He’ll be more than fine

  • squidkill

    “Fuller still bothered by groin” lol hope people play him

  • Skee

    Anyone have any opinions on the pricing of the Seahawks D on FD? They are the cheapest. I’m not trying to say they are a strong play and I’m certainly not comparing them to the top defenses. But lets say you were paying down for defense due to roster construction elsewhere. Doesn’t it seem like they can get you just as much as some of the other low to middling options?

  • squidkill

    @Skee

    If it opens up salary and leads you to something you like there is nothing wrong with it. Defenses have the most variance by far.

    They gave up 5 big drives to a banged up Eagles team with Josh McCown at the helm.

    Now they get to face Rodgers who has 11 TD’s and 1 INT at home in the playoffs.

    It’s an okay play if you need the salary relief, but I wouldn’t expect much from them.

    Only dilemma I’m facing right now for the 4 game slate is either Williams/Samuel or Mostert/Sanders for DK cash?

    So groins are more bothered by lateral movement, not so much vertical. I’m wondering if his role this weekend will be mostly go routes. Maybe they use him on passing downs. Because of that blurb, his ownership will probably be 10-15% which isn’t really an edge and might be worth a shot.

    I think the bigger injury is Ingram. There are so many routes to Gus getting more touches and only one where he doesn’t; if Ingram is fine. If they blow them out, Gus should see extra work earlier than usual. If Ingram is really limited, Gus could get 1/2 the work or even all the work with Ingram just active in case of an emergency and we figure this out on the first drive. Also, if Ingram gets injured early and Gus is the guy the rest of the way. Gus is just a good GPP play under most scenarios.

    I’m thinking you have bigger issues. Not sure any of those plays are really cash plays other than maybe Deebo. I like Sanders more than most but I “think” it’s more of a GPP play given the low floor he’s flashed 7 out of his last 8 games. You just go the cheaper Deebo and his solid, if not spectacular, production down the stretch.

    Mike..what are you thinking the must plays for cash are on FD. The more I tinker, the more it looks like GPP. I have Damien and sanders in mine as of now. Thanks!

  • squidkill

    I’m not playing cash — but I think people will think Damien Williams and Deebo are def cash plays- (and popular)

    @Mike 42-

    Where do you get your groin expertise? lol
