    No swap brees and mayfield.

Based on the weekly sheet posted here, it’s Mahomey, Brady, Mayfield, Brees.

That’s based on the 4-game slate but easy enough to extrapolate to the 2-game Sunday. Not that there’s a major % difference between the three but Brees was clearly projected at the bottom.

Fwiw – RW is projecting Mahomes at 90%+ ownership on the Sunday slate which is obviously ridiculous.

Harris had 7 catches on 14 routes last week. I can’t see him being any type of factor with Smith back.

I’m hoping those 7 catches maybe earned him 10-15 more routes, never been a big fan of Beta’Quon

Hardman entered the field with a Texas Tech Mahomes jersey. Take it as you will.

LOL, seriously on a 2 or 4 game slate you gotta play some of those plays. All it takes is one play to pay and let’s face it, the Browns didn’t get here based on their D. I’ve been told to correlate your punts in your lineups

is thompson the clear backup to bell or do all 3 get run today???

  • zovyn

Also I want to open the “Hill collides with Hardman on a crossing route taking them both out of the game and #5 WR Gehrig Dieter goes on to breaks the slate” discussion now.

    Thompson is 4th string.

Everything I’ve read and seen leads to the conclusion that Thompson is #3 behind Bell and then Williams. Really tough situation to determine. Thompson had a great day when all starters were rested. Last time starters played in a game that ‘mattered’ when CEH was out, Williams was the clear #2.

Did Thompson’s performance in Week17 earn him more looks today? Possibly. He played well that day and put in some real effort. That doesn’t help us though. I wouldn’t be shocked to see the same 3-RB type committee that we saw out of Green Bay. I don’t trust any of the KC RBs today but I also won’t be amazed if one of them ends up in the optimal lineup.

There’s some crazy low-end ‘value’ available on the 2-game slate today on all 4 squads, going to be interesting to see which dart throw pays off.
