Im going pretty big on the Colts running game. Not sure if it’ll be Taylor as they grind out the clock or Hines as they play catchup, but I’m banking heavily on the fact that the winning lineup will have an Ind RB.

Totally agree but he’ll be highly owned on the Sat only slate. You talking cash or GPP?

Well for Sat only cash. if i’m going GPP on sat only i’d probably lean Hines and Carson those will be the lowest owned RBs on Saturday minus the Buff RBs

  • HoodsFromTheWood

In week 10 the O/U on Sea at LAR was 55, Rams won 23-16. Week 16 the O/U was 47.5 LAR at Sea, Seahawks win 20-9. Hard to envision an explosion of points in this game either. Week 10 was the first week of the season Russ stopped cooking and it’s been pretty much take-out ever since. I’m not sure he’s gonna turn the oven on this week either. Though at his lowest price since week 3 on DK, a probably low owned Metcalf makes for a interesting GPP play, even if fast food is the meal of the day.

    Colts D update

Not related to this weekend but pretty funny how quickly Trevor Lawrence declared for the draft now that he shouldn’t have to go to NY haha!

  • 33BeRad

Who would be Tampa’s deep shot guy? Washington has been beat by a few deep shots this year and maybe for a gpp play thinking they can get beat for a deep one or 2 is in play.

Its an amazing turn of luck for him. I remember Darnold being the next big thing when he had at least another season left. Would he have turned out different somewhere else? Its not hard to imagine that yes, if he at least had a running game and some coaches who scheme some yards, TDs, and maybe wins here and there he’d be better off. Now he may get stuck there although I guess he could eventually leave if he himself also thinks its that detrimental.

Also not for this week but if you guys wanted one KC RB for the entire playoffs, would it be CEH?
Lets take it a step further and say you didn’t even actually need to play one until the champ round. So 2 more weeks to heal. I had thought the injury was so bad he was iffy to even play and maybe get reduced if he did, but the news seems to be that he’ll be ready to go by their first game. There’s a DK article that says that and then on CBS Sports they have him questionable as of Monday but no injury designation at all today.

From PFF, The matchup between the Buccaneers and the Football Team will be a quintessential strength-on-strength battle when Tampa Bay’s offense is on the field.

Tom Brady leads the league in deep-ball attempts, completions, yards, TDs, and is top-five in deep-ball adjusted completion rate and passer rating over the last six weeks. Brady has also thrived from a clean pocket (most passing yards, second-most passing touchdowns), but this aligns with what the WFT does best.

Washington ranks eighth in pressure rate (37%), third in explosive pass play percentage allowed (9.4%) and No. 1 in fewest yards per attempt allowed (5.5) over the same period. Brady’s passer rating under pressure this season (54.5) ranks 28th out of 42 qualifying QBs.

    Evans-Miller-AB-Godwin in that order

  • Jokey401

What he said, ☝️ I think the way to attack the WFT’s D is With Rb’s where they are middle of the pack as opposed to their 3rd ranked pass D. I am not sure the WFT’s Defense is one to be trifled with against the pass. That front 4 Is indeed ferocious.

Then again, they will be up against the goat, in the playoffs, in January.

I have a tough time betting against Brady this time of the year especially when it’s clear that he is clicking with his weapons.

  • winnerchickendinner

Mckissic and thomas should be near locks as Smith is going to try and get the ball out quickly against the bucs pass rush although White being out hurts them. Maybe Mclaurin gets some big plays opposite Davis this game. Not playing smith though.

BIF… question ? Its hard to think Evans is gonna be more then a decoy with that knee ? Thinking the plays we want from Tampa are AB and Godwin or you have a different take ?

  • dominicanpapi

Maybe it’s b/c I’m a WFT fan, but I do think we have a shot on Saturday. I just wish we had a QB who could throw it further than 5 yards.

Agree that makes the most sense – still tracking Evans’ activity this week as he has the best matchup if healthy but I’ve already watched him be a decoy once this year.

  • Alvy76

I have Tampa bay, saints, and Steelers left in my survivor pool. I think I am taking Tampa this week and saving the other two. Thoughts??..

It’s a public forum for anyone to discuss NFL….. This is possibly the worst post I have seen in all my years here.

You don’t have to participate in this thread during the week if you do not want to, but for those that do its here. It’s ok to talk about the weeks games and that doesn’t mean strategies are being locked in on Monday morning. Lighten up, people just want to talk about sports with others. It’s the point of this forum.

We are in a new age. People think whatever they want or feel about anything should apply to everyone else.

  • Southie777

I originally planned to play all three slates (SAT, SUN, and SAT/SUN), but I’m thinking that with all this injury news up in the air, might be smart to just play the two one-day slates, rather than having to wonder about who’s gonna play Sunday on Saturday. But I can’t help myself, so I am sure I’m still gonna be a donkey and throw a few in Sat/Sun. FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS, baby! Always two of my favorite sports weekends of the year, the two weekends with four playoff games and now we get one weekend with six. It’s glooooorious!

  • squidkill

Which injury news? The only one im watching a little bit is the GoFF injury what else is there??

  • squidkill

    Oh and the Mike Evans
