This week I’ll still be targeting backups for the most part but I will probably mix some starters in too. Who do you guys like?

Yeah he dipped out of practice the other day due to pain from that injury. All indications seem like he’s good to go, but I’m a tad weary.

Man, the Browns are so thin at WR. (This tweet is two days old)

Browns rookie WR Ricardo Louis sustained a hamstring injury during practice today. Coleman, Gordon, Hawkins, Higgins, Pryor banged up.

Trusting him and rostering him are two very different things when it comes to preseason. I be all Foxx Mulder in the preseason. i.e. “Trust No-one.”

    Fair enough

who is going to score the points?

  • tklonewolf

I’m back to the well on Coates. He’s the favorite for the 3rd WR in Pitt.
It’s hard to trust, but logic says play the man.

Genghis_Khan is based on what I saw last week in my GPP’s lol

What do you see in your crystal ball tonight?

One small update to my article. I’m hearing Zach Miller might play.

This honestly changes nothing but I did update it.

So Stud Starters are in play this week should be fun first year doing preseason DFS thank’s for the great help…

Lol thanks man. This slate is so washed out with quality options I’m a bit lost. I’m spread way too thin. I prefer trash slates with almost no good options. I always seem to do well on nights when GPP winning scores are barely min-cash scores most nights.

I agree , I feel it is easier on nights with a lot of no brainer plays where you use your gut on one or 2 random spots (like say TE or Def, or Kicker in regular season FD play) to differentiate yourself, rather than this guy might work, but so could this other guy at the same cost

And Garoppolo might not play a ton tonight. He took a million reps in practice. Brissett needs the work

  • eom

hate to reference benvolin , but he's been tweeting out a few opinions on playing time for pats that seem a little contrary rapsheet saying brady gets ‘little to no’ pt tho

Yeah man, seen you took 1, 2, 3, and 5th. with sores between 75 and 67 in the 2k safety. lol

Connor Hamlett for all the $$ at TE, 6’8” with McCown throwing the ball (targets TE’s a lot). Played over 60% of snaps last week..

Not to mention the lack of available bodies at WR tonight.

This really just looks like his opinion. Brissett might need work but Jimmy has to start four games for this team. Jimmy needs the work just as bad.

Also, these games are about evaluating your entire offense. If your 3rd QB is out there and he’s making the wrong reads and throwing the wrong routes it limits your evaluation.

  • Bk97

Are you off Jimmy G with Brady playing and Brissett could get longer look?

  • eom

I don’t have any crystal ball or inside sources, so I can’t comment on volin’s tweet, but just so you know who this guy is he ‘broke’ a story via twitter during deflategate that went like this:

there were various universities putting out stuff debunking the nfl’s deflategate nonsense, so volin did a little ‘digging’ (ie googling) and found out this one university received $$ from some kraft foundation.
seeing this connection, he immediately hopped on twitter to let us know the study was fixed to make Pats look good, as they were on bob kraft’s payroll.
it was a different kraft family.

I pulled all my Browns between Coleman being out and Pryor’s iffy hand (he could re aggravate it catching a pass or even blocking) – I’m really trying to avoid putting a Zero on the board this week – I’m looking at you Dontrell Inman and you too Trey Burton !!

  • eom

from this am’s mike reiss blog :

Free-agent signing Chris Hogan didn’t play in the opener, but has since been cleared for full contact so this could be his debut.

and he says gaffney didn’t play in 1st half last wk

Raiders low owned and huge upside

Packers starters eigher not playing or not playing much – the GB QB’s are trash and Raiders DST was solid last week
