Anybody know if they mentioned Pro Football Focus at all? Prop bet that I am trying to figure out. I missed the beginning of the game as I was traveling and then we had kids running around so it was tough to listen…just curious

Both QB could have even put up more points tonight in reality – both Blount and White scored on runs from well outside the 5yd line so both could have easily ended in TD passes and there were also a couple drives that ended in FGs.

2 QB is not a terrible play as QB-QB does have a positive correlation overall.

I wouldn’t play QB-QB if it was NYG-BUF but in a game with NE-PHIL yes for sure I’d play a few lineups with both QBs.

There are spots where it works but if you don’t think the game shoots out, it is not a play.

I think that’s the best rational response I’ve read regarding the 2 QB lu.

Just wanted to talk about Head coach Doub Pederson. His playing calling, game plan, demeanor, etc…was outstanding. Really reminded me of Sean Peyton in the saints super bowl. He played to win and really never got conservative. He trusted his guys to produce. It was masterful to watch.

The Philadelphia Eagles are Super Bowl Champions. I’ve waited all my life for that. So awesome! Made a decent profit too. Had multiple Brady/Gronk/Foles/Clement lineups. Just couldn’t get those crazy Def dart throws right. Oh well. What a night!

And hey Squid, I guess it was the end after all. ;) Such a fitting end to their dynasty. Losing to a backup qb. Coming full circle, baby.

I had Hogan/Gronk/Foles/Clement/Graham and not playing Brady instead of Hogan lost me about $3000. 25th out of 7000 for $200.

It was nice to cash but I think it’s almost worse being so close than to just not cash at all.

Oh well. Congrats to Philly they deserve every bit of this win.

looking for the Patriots homers that were in here…
AND..Butler was crying on the sideline before the game..something serious happened ..can’t believe a beat reporter hasn’t found out yet or they did and Bill gave orders to keep it quiet or loose your gig

i can’t wait to find out what it really was..

they can miss me with the “defensive packages” crap and smoke screens. obviously everyone knows it’s horse shit..

saw matts interview after the game and basically said guys were in better spots or whatever or match up based, gtfo..he’s one of your best players and didn’t see the field, idk who they’re trying to fool lol

i mean that’s like gronk not taking the field at all on offense for no apparent reason..no injury, no illness, nothing and then saying we didn’t play him based on the defensive matchups…stahhhhpppp

Been listening all morning to Boston radio. They all want to know.
I did hear Butler cleaned out his locker before leaving Foxboro.

Also- McDaniels might back out of going to Indy ?
Is Belichick staying / leaving ?

I think the QB QB has the highest minimum floor value and has to be the best chance for inexperienced players like me to get into the money. But hHow does an experienced and knowledgeable player pick the 2 best/cheapest defensive players on any given day. Seriously how do you even consider Eric Rowe for $2300 when his salary dropped $100 for this game? And Duron Harmon for $2200 who has 2.5 points total in his last 4 games. 2 of those games he had zero points.
The whole thing to me is the closest thing to being a complete lottery in all of the DFS contests.

After reading the RG premium IDP article, I had 50% exposure to Eric Rowe. It was a good Sunday.

Thanks man. And yeah, I agree. I don’t think it’s over either, the Pats are already the favorite to win it all next year. I just couldn’t help myself after seeing the back and forth banter about it here.

Brady was great again as usual. It took an equally brilliant game from Foles and Doug Pederson and his giant set of cojones to beat him. It was just an extraordinary offensive game. McDaniels and Pederson called amazing games. I thought it was the best display of play calling by two offenses I’ve ever seen in a game. But what it came down to was, Pederson had the guts to do what Shanahan didn’t last year. Keep the pedal to the metal, and trust your guys to keep making plays (especially in ridiculously crucial 4th down situations), and Foles and company delivered.

I am certainly happy for you but I am not sure that answers my question. I mean even if that long shot panned out you still need to pick another long shot. Do you not need to pick the two ultra low salary defensive long shots for every game in order to win an amount of money that matters?. It just seems far too unlikely to do and the odds are astronomical. I get that in low scoring games 2 QB’s may not be the best strategy but you still need 2 long shot defensive picks in order to roster the WR’s & RB’s that have the best realistic chance to score high DFS points. That is why I feel I have just as good of chance as the very knowledgeable players in this format. In fact about 2 weeks ago I won 2 Gpp’s and many others were livid (and rightfully so) because it was a pretty nonsensical line up to educated players. I did not have any QB’s in that line up. 3 WR’s and 1 RB.

The benching of Butler had impact simular to Raiders center Robbins going AWOL in SB 37.

NE lost their starting nickleback vs TEN, that made Rowe a starter & PHI was going to focus on him (as noted in RG writeups)…. so…. #2 rated CB Butler gets demoted to special teams work & Rowe shadows #1 WR Jeffery, not #1 rated CB Gilmore (until 2nd half & shuts him down).

    Jeffery eats Rowes lunch.

SS Chung tries to cover slot Ahgular & has his lunch stolen; this is compounded when Chung has concussion shortly after halftime.

Bellacheck played special teamers as DBs over Butler…. all game long. Even when Clements went 55 yards on blown wheel route coverage.

    Pride over sense = loss

Nah I don’t think so. If I recall correctly they didn’t even have the rankings during the player introductions like they usually do on a typical SNF game.

They were talking on the radio today about how long Brady’s balls were flying in the air. He’s definitely lost some arm strength and it seems to effect his accuracy at times. It’s over Squid. Lose OC/DC, probably BB and another year on Brady’s arm and that’s it. That was my prediction BTW, that the dynasty would end in 2018. Honestly, the fact that NE dynasty is at or near it’s end isn’t LOL or LMFAO, it’s logical. I really really enjoyed the game yesterday, took the Philly money line.

You guys won’t be a threat next year and probably won’t be for a long time. Ding dong the witch is dead.

Gronk is the greatest TE possibly in NFL history. Butler was the 51st rated corner in the league this year. Yeah, it’s exactly like not having Gronk.

    Lose OC/DC,

In true Patriots fashion, Josh McD reneged on his Colts HC job.

He must have been told the Pats HC job is his if he stays as BB has one year max left otherwise that reneging was a suicide pill because nobody else besides Pats will hire him as a HC now
