4 TE stack for cash would’ve worked nicely lol pro bowl rules

  • LegiaWwa

Big props to Seth Yates. Never thought about playing this slate, but his TE tweet led me to throwing in a four TE lineup. Easily cashed in GPPs, could have won some Big Game tickets if I had picked Von Miller

I think on DK I’m using Foles in most of my LUs and pairing him with Ertz, Aghor and Jeffrey in different LUs. I don’t think he and Brady will differ Mitch in DK points. Not enough to justify using Brady. Using a little Amendola (usage) and Dion. On defense I’m using Patriot sack and tackle leaders. My thought process is that NE will get out to an early lead and control the clock. Foles will be forced to throw a lot and will lean on his core pass catchers. Any other thoughts now that the Pro Bowl is done?

    Yes. Pats control clock.
Foles gets a lot of yards.

Liking Chris Hogan to work the middle of the field ala Sterling Shepard this game. Played more snaps then Amendola last week, just hope he is a focus in the gameplan.

Darby had 14 tackles this postseason including 12 solo. I’ll be using him as well.

I cant wait to see who the second-string H-Back that’s active for just this Sunday and scores two TD’s for the Patriots is.

Hey Everyone! I am wondering what people have been thinking with the 2x points for FanDuel single game SuperBowl contest. Going with Studs? going with value? a little of both? huge opportunity to save some salary getting 2x from a value guy, but would it be worth it when you know you could be missing out on 15-25 pts from a top end consistent guy.

    Thanks :)

Many people will look to Brady for the 2x spot, but I have a strange feeling it may be Burkhead. Hurt for a few games, slowly easing him back in, Maybe they are “saving” him for this game? Just seems like the type of player to break out.

Also, the Patriots seem to utilize a different player every week to have a big game. Last week it was Amendola. Eagles will try to focus on stopping him and another player will attack them.

Amendola was big because Gronk got knocked out. Gronk is the 2x spot.

Alex Smith is now Washington’s QB for 2018, which makes Mahomes KC’s QB.

They will not focus on stopping Amendola. He’s the least of their concerns, but he probably won’t repeat his game because it was the perfect situation for him.

Without Gronk, he became Brady’s safety blanket in the slot. Also Ramsey/Bouye play the outside corners (Hogan had Ramsey all day until the very end when they finally switched to Cooks), so Amendola didn’t get to see them, making his matchup easier. Also without Gronk, it opens up even more of the field for Amendola to operate in the middle.

Gronk essentially reduces Amendola’s usage by a ton, but Amendola can still have a decent game, even with Gronk, depending on his 3rd down targets to move the chain. Eagles will focus on Gronk first and foremost. Gronk will still be Brady’s #1 target in the red zone.

But…this is assuming Danny Amendola plays the slot for the Patriots. I was told this may not be true in the other thread, if people remember =p.

    To the same team lol

    4 days until the end……………..

Amendola has the worst match up out of the three WRs for the Patriots. Patrick Robinson is one of the best slot corners in football. The match ups that Brady will take advantage of are Cooks and Hogan vs Mills and Darby.

I know it’s $5 but highly recommend you all getting the Big Game Bundle (link in banner at top) if you’re playing Super Bowl DFS this week – some great analysis from Kevin Cole, Allan Lem, and myself. Especially like Kevin’s breakdowns of positional combos to use for Showdown and of course my IDP breakdown and projections.

Wouldn’t put it past DK to offer NFL College Draft contests.
Maybe use final draft positions for scoring, and slotted pick projected guaranteed salaries for a cap.
If you pick enough lower projected players and they go higher you could do well.

In 2020 they could start offering xfl contests. I’m sure McMahon wouldn’t mind people betting on his games, lol

Foles had a 106 QB rating when the pocket wasn’t collapsing and he wasn’t getting rushed, but when he feels the heat his QB rating is an abysmal 43. He picked apart the Vikes because he never felt a rush. I expect that NE will be bringing the LB’s against Foles and that Pederson will be planning lots of screens and dump offs. Expect Ayjai to kill it Sunday.

Am I missing something with the Single Game projections for FanDuel? why in the world is Nate Sudfeld and Brian Hoyer projected to score more points than Nick Foles?
