I saw a new type of game for NFL on fanduel, NFL super. Instead of the usual lineup, they take away kicker and defense, and allow two flex positions. The first is the usual RB/WR/TE, but the second allows for a QB in addition to RB/WR/TE. Just having one would be enough, but having two might make things a little complicated. It could, however, make for more variance even on 2 game slates, as you not only have two flex spots, but the second throws a QB into the mix. You also have $60,000.

I see people questioning two things about this. First, introducing this so late in the regular season. The other being the fact that it spans three days, Saturday, sunday, and Monday.

I like it – wish they had it more during the season and also wish the prize pool was bigger

They must be desperate. Didn’t they just have a round of layoffs?

    Interesting format.

My guess is that they may not have had the technology ready until now for this particularly game format and second, this may be something they want to push during the playoffs with the smaller player pool, if they do more “efficient” player salaries, there is more flexibility and potential differentiation of lineups instead of the usual roster requirements.
