I’m in the same boat… D.. Williams as well… I hate playing 2 game slates but 50k is enticing.

Gurley makes for a good pivot off D Will but it’s so hard to fade Reed or AB

  • SlabOfMeatloaf

What do you guys think of Chris Thompson and Torrey Smith for a sneaky play to save salary?

    Next week I am 100% taking Fleener because… :)

    Dont be that person lol

  • tklonewolf

A great week in cash games. Averaged 150 points in all, $85 in double and triple ups. Hit em all, with AB going tonight in 4 lineups.
162 in a 10 x booster, was 3 points away from cashing for $50, if Arians ran Johnson a few more times…damn!
Tourneys were hit and miss. In the Thurs Mon $5 Kickoff Million, my best is Winston, Sims, D Will Fuller, Evans, Snead, AB, Cook, Eagles, 133 pts, with AB and D Will in great spots tonight. If they both hit 25-30 pts (which is possible with Washington’s D,) Id be in line for a couple hundred bucks.
Thank the gods I faded Fleener. Overall, a great first week.
Not bad for small stakes. 👍

Trying to figure out how to attack the 2 game slate tonight. I would assume Big Ben/AB/Reed are the super chalky options.

I stacked the Was/Pit game for every offensive position and threw in the 49ers D.

  • TimmerRC

Are any of you in the fanduel $100k 4-week Survivor? I threw one $12 shot in and looks like I’m certainly in the clear to pass to Week 2. How’d you guys do?

  • Bakemoney125

Any educated guess on what the money line will finish at with 2 games left tonight.
It’s at 111 right now on the Sunday snap on fanduel.

  • Betterman88

Obviously the pittsburgh wrs are gonna be good plays…but whos your guys’ favorite? Coates, Heyward-Bey, or Rodgers?

That’s my issue with two-game slates. A huge proportion of lineups will be all PIT/WAS, same guys as yours, and meanwhile some backup WR on the 49ers is going to rip a 98 yard touchdown run and the people with multi-lineups who picked him in a few will win it all.

Good luck to you, I avoid two-gamers except for freebie entries!

2 game slates are hard as hell, maybe harder then the full Sunday slate.

I’ve seen many sketchy winning LUs in 2 game contests, it’s a guarantee that the winner will have “4th String Joe Blow” at .1%.

Great week. Was a bit easy to be fair, things will tighten up a bit. Risked about $3700.00, should close with roughly $5970.00 tonight. Glad I did not fall for the Fleener trap or the silliness that Ware should be faded. Love these early weeks – so many noobs to feast on. Was glad to see Keenan Allen get hurt, I think he was on a roll and could have hurt me in a few H2H. On to week 2 – at least 3-4 no brainers it looks like.

Post next week when you lose it all plus more . I don’t believe you anyways

I have a lineup on FD with a chance to cash, $2 single entries….One I have 103 right now with Austin, Reed, Zuerlein and the Rams D, yes I definitely went contrarian with that the rams k/ST. I figured Id put one lineup like that with SF offense expected to be pretty bad. Plus double points for the ST if Austin can return one.

2 game slates generally lead to a lineup with 2 TE’s, not that its a terrible thing tonight as I think 3 of the TE’s are playable

  • Daybo

Throwing away money to fade AB in the 2 game monday slate GPP or risk reward play?
Im basically hoping he only gets 15-20 DK points and not 30-40, is that reasonable to assume with J norman covering him and maybe they double team him to not let him beat them?

Rams d isn’t too contrarion really they’re playing the worst offense in SF who has absolutey no weapons my friend

  • IronMonkey415

While everyone will play Reed and Vance Refrigeration I’ll sneak in with Garrett Celek.

  • Dfspacman

To anyone with 150 lineups tonite, U gotta chill…

  • thetitanlb

I agree the 49ers offense overall is crap. But vegas only has the 49ers as 3 point underdogs. So Vegas obviously thinks that the 49ers can win this game. Its hard to predict how the 49ers will be with Kelly Imo. Gotta see them play first. His schemes and such might make them a decent offensive team. I would argue this 49ers offense is more fit for Kellys offensives schemes and game plans than the eagles was. Chip Kellys offense is predicated on getting quick athletic guys on the edges in 1 on 1 situations and letting them beat guys. He did not have those kind of players on the eagles. The offensive players on the 49ers arent that good but they fit that style more. Just my 2 cents.

  • Dfspacman

Anyone know the winner of the $1m randyranderson? Or he just doesn’t exist a.k.a insider

  • lfn1992

I miss the Mon-Thu slate with 3 games, those are the best. In general for DK I hate 2 game slates for any sport. You really need 3 to give people enough options to fail.

  • lfn1992

I will say this. I may try a low-stakes contrarian thing with the 49ers because I happen to think that the Rams are going to be batshit terrible under all the pressure tonight. Another thing to remember: With all the bad press about Chip Kelly, he’s been really good in season openers.

Most likely an insider. Think about it, when’s the last time a regular Joe won DK Milly and there was an article on it…..Its either a shark, or an insider aka employee/dummy account.

But this is a Thur-Mon slate. I can’t see the ownership yet but something tells me not as many played them as I initially thought…

I am a die hard Steelers fan..if we are going to go by past seasons I would say Heyward-Bey…Ben likes to take shots deep with him, problem is he has terrible hands and drops a lot of balls. Coates had a terrible camp but I am not sure if that is going to relate to poor play on the field…they seem to be talking up this kid Rodgers a lot..I might gamble on the fact that D. Williams might get a lot of passes out of the back field. Every time I try to over think the Steelers I get trapped. A. Brown is going to get his..he is unstoppable and always finds the open spots.

You could see two tight-end sets and see D. Johnson getting some targets. I will say this…if Coates gets the start Ben is going to go to him early to get his confidence going and if Coates gets hot it could be a big night for him.
