Can say the same thing about every TE on the slate. He’s probably 1k under priced but ownership reflects that.

On fanduel too do you think? Hes 6100 on there which I think is a pretty good price. DraftKings I would say just plug him in at that price

I think Henry is great but I prefer Engram as of now

Can any of these below 5K RBs be trusted on DK? Cash of course not gpp.

Guice and Thompson maybe, I don’t see the need to go there but most others won’t either

TE has been a thing vs the Cowboys for a while now. If you’re looking somewhere between Kittle and Henry I think he’s your man

I’m not opposed to Henry, I just think Engram has a higher median projection and I’m not giving up anything. Only upgrades that $1k would’ve gotten me were at defense and mid-range WR

Yeah I was hoping to find a value/cheap RB for flex, but couldn’t find anything. Guess ill just have to stick with that range.

No one interested in breida or jordan howard i think those are the two best plays in that range

I like Henry vs Indy’s zone D also, funnels tgts underneath/most catches/yds vs TE last year, I just think Engram gets more volume Sunday than Henry.

Does anyone have the projected ownership of Chubb in comparison to Cook? Is chubb in the top 5?

  • monarch

I’m going to guess it is Cook, Carson, Fournette, KJ, then Chubb or Ekeler. I’ve heard Dalvin Cook is the chalkiest player on the slate.

  • timusbr

I love the TE position. There are the expensive picks that have high ownership and there are bargain basement plays.
I like to look at what costs me salary $‘s first. then look for deals. TE is such a “deal” position. I cant say how many times in 2 years my Flex player ended up a TE for 2 on the roster. Must be 60%. Shit even Mercedes Lewis and Robert Tonyan scored points on Thursday.

Robert Tonyan scoring 3.80 didn’t move the needle very much.

I really like that injury concerns have arisen for OBJ, Evans and Diggs as we get closer to Sunday. I really like all three and hope to get them at depressed ownership.

Redskins could be interesting now that Jordan Reed looks less likely to play. They should be chasing and two target hogs (Crowder, Reed) from last season won’t be out there in the event that Reed sits.

CMC not in the top 5? I would guess with all the value he would get chalky.

He did have quite a bit of ownership earlier in the week. I remember a broadcast questioning the amount of ownership he was garnering. More than Zeke and Barkley I believe

I have been gambling on sports for 50 years. They didnt have computers back then. what was a spreadsheet then. Paying for advice was usually in the form of a tout sheet. quick and easy.

Lol back in the late 70’s (19 not 18 Squid) My brother and I had an apt and every Sunday morning during football season we’d have 6-8 buddies come over a few hours before kickoff to pick/pool our bets together for the day. Never forget ’79. For 9 weeks in a row, we missed the first 2 cause word of mouth traveled a lot slower than the internet, but for 9 weeks in a row the payphone would ring at 11:00am in the Circus bar and a guy would say 1 word. Chiefs, next week another team. Hit 9 straight weeks and then just stopped. Now that’s a tout. And it was free. Ahhhhh the good ole days

The only interesting play is the Philly D

Chris Thompson is 3500 and the Redskins could be without AP and Jordan Reed and trailing against a team that funneled targets to the running back last season.

I read where AP might be a healthy scratch. Hard to see them play with just Guice, Thompson and Sept 1 pickup Smallwood

Anyone looking at player props. Some interesting stuff. Godwin is set for just 4.5/59 per my bookie. Thielen is 6.5/77.5

  • js5734

Leveon bell projected for 15-20 touches – I’d take the over there and say if the jets want to win he gets 25

I love the talk on pay sites and free stuff. If we had a good discussion on this topic it would illuminate to why people pay and for what they pay for.

I have been gambling on sports for 50 years. They didnt have computers back then. what was a spreadsheet then. Paying for advice was usually in the form of a tout sheet. quick and easy. They say go with XXX.

Today, you got thousands of data groups you can change and rearrange, You can wager on 1 players performance in 1 of 16 games. Collecting data, formatting the data can be exhaustive and time consuming. So, if someone wants to spend a few bucks to use someone elses format and breakdown of data. Its only logical. The problem I found is that nobody ever formats the data the way I want to see it. To use a pay site is to adjust to the paysite rather than have the data adjust to me. Which brings me to my pet peeve. LU builders. I dont get it, good luck to all that use them. Its taking someone elses handicapping and plugging it into your LU. Its a Lotto quick pick. If it was an RG LU builder, you pray the Noto is spot on that week with his lower salary projections (well most people generally pick the big names themselves).

If you dont have time and need to play DFS or sportsbook, paying for a site is logical. Am I the only person who bought a site, surfed everthing the site had to offer as a new member, then by the end of the membership used 5% of the total content.

    Grandpa? Is it really you?
