CMC is the first guy I’d cross off the list, think he runs into the same problem the Bears rb’s had. The WR’s are going to be wide open all day and the only place Det isn’t soft is up the middle. CMC is the second or third option or the checkdown a lot, the Det secondary doesn’t require you to checkdown often, especially without slay.

Absolutely. Read today as well that since DET got Snacks Harrison, their YPC on the ground has drastically decreased while the YPA on pass D has drastically risen. I won’t be playing CMC this week.

LOL. Lamar Jackson priced higher than Derek Carr on DK this week.

On FD he’s 7K and priced ahead of Alex Smith, Keenum, Stafford, Bortles, Eli, Carr and Rosen smh

On another note give me all the Sterling Shepard. Hopefully he doesn’t do much in the 2nd half tonight

  • Kamais_Ookin

Anyone know anything about Lamar Jackson? I read he has running upside? But how proficient is he in passing?

He’s really good at running the ball and struggles throwing. Best way to describe him

  • squidkill

So Lamar is a cash game DK lock? Right?

I think Balt runs a lot more against a team that is awful at stopping it. I like the Collins/Balt D stack coming out of the bye and given cincy ended their season last year. Just a straight up ass whooping but with D and running the ball.

  • getlucky4

Brian7479 you were dead on and I was dead wrong on my post last week. Mainly why I don’t post that often. Dion Lewis and Hunt got a little unlucky but David Johnson was a way better play than Hunt.

Lamar collins bal dst seems pretty affordable.

This is definitely what they’ll want to do. Silva was arguing forcefully for this on the Sharp Football pod, in the event Flacco misses games.

One of the big points of emphasis for Silva was what a huge difference it makes in the running game to have a running QB. The downside (which he didn’t emphasize) is that running QBs tend not to throw to RBs. You have to ask whether you’ll be getting enough rushing production to make up for a potential drop in the receiving game.

Comes out as a net positive for Alex Collins, I should think. Collins/BAL DST is a potentially great leverage stack off of Lamar.

Stafford in all my lineups this week. 300 yards 3 td game

Anybody else kinda liking Eli Manning on DK with Tampa coming to town? Eli, Barkley and O’dell?

  • Kamais_Ookin

Burgers anyone? Jaguars defense is a shell of its former self.

I’ll be loading up some Lamar/Snead/Andrews stacks

    Cincy D 🤔

Will definitely be a stack I use. Tampa’s defense is terrible and the Giants go home with a good feeling and some momentum.

  • 33BeRad

Damn, 2 pages in and already everyone is on everything I was liking at first glance.
    Fade CMC, go with Stafford
Play Lewis against Indy, bring it back with Hilton
I’m hoping Saquon doing nothing tonight keeps his ownership down, but it won’t.

And BIF, love the Cincy def call. Lamar can easily throw 2 INTs and take a few sacks.

Cincy has a good defensive front with Geno and Dunlap plus likely get back their leading tackler LB Nick Vigil who was leading the league before getting hurt a couple weeks ago. They’ll be tougher to run against than they were against NO this week and I expect a lot more success on back end vs Lamar than they had against Brees.

  • Simplebitz

Gonna just copy and paste this here from the Monday Night forum for all you Eli haters…

That’s what happens when you have more than two seconds to throw the balllllllllll. Courtesy of an inconsistent O Line.

  • Kamais_Ookin

I’m guessing Wentz has to throw 40-50+ times vs saints when they’re trailing the whole time. Their runners sure as hell not going to cut it vs that Run D. Easy lock.

  • Callahan

The Bengals ravens game seems like a setup for the old AFC North rock fights they used to have. 13-6 or something. Dont see much I want outside of some Dst or maybe alex collins.

This Hou/washington line seems off at first glance.

Game stack options are few, more like last week. Potentially the Phi/NO game or TB/NYG will have enough points scored to justify 4 players from the same game, but I will more likely limit exposure to 3.

Some interesting QB situations. Eli probably did enough to stay starting, but its not a given. Absolutely no clarity in Baltimore. They could go with a hobbled flacco, a rookie Jackson, hell they haven’t even ruled out RG3 yet.

Zeke is in a nice spot, but the Falcons are getting back Deion Jones which should shore up the middle of the field a bit.

Is the sharp football pod free?

Think Conner at 7200 will go very underowned. Still don’t think Jax’s pass D has sunk to the point they give up a GPP winning week to road Ben.

It is! Properly called the Sharp Football Analysis podcast, available on iTunes and hopefully other podcatchers.

  • mike42

You still need clarity with Balt but screw the cincy D, they have given up 130 points in 3 weeks, is that a record? They sucked with Vigil in there, I was on board with them 4-5 weeks ago and got off before they broke a record for suckiness. They get embarrassed at KC, come home and should have blown a 4 td lead they were handed, have a bye and than give up 50. Poorly coached team with no heart. If they are one player away from being good than I’m one inch away from being a porn star.

  • Kamais_Ookin

Bengals hire Hue Jackson, that team is spiraling downwards jeez.
