Missing Pats @ Steelers 4:25PM part of the main slate. Also what an amazing 11 games worth of main slate.

  • GTRandy27

    Jordan Howard $3,900 @ home

Joe Mixon $6,100….This has to be a mistake?

5th highest RB on FD and 9th on DK. Seems a tad off for sure.

Switched McCaffrey, Saquon, Jarvis Landry and Juju last second for Zeke Elliot, Gurley, AB and Sterling Shepard. Wow I effed that one up big time.

I like David Johnson vs Falcons this week. Also Amari Cooper is still very cheap after his monster game. Don’t think I can pass him up with the amount of targets he’s getting

  • Supanice

I didn’t see any of the Cards/Lions game, can someone explain to me how DJ got 8 catches for.. 12 yards? Are these just dump offs or designed passing plays?

5 for a loss or no gain, 3 for a gain of 19 yards between them.

Can you roster both cheap WRs from buffalo vs Detroit in cash? They’re really cheap with Josh Allen

I had like 50 percent amari yesterday but Indy doesn’t give up a lot of production to outside WR’s. Rb’s, TE’s and maybe slot WR’s. Garrett isn’t smart enough to line him up inside a lot either. It’s not the price, I posted last week about how he was underpriced and still would be if he was playing a Philly type D, Nuk struggles I think were a precursor.

I traded for DJ in season long for this matchup. They got nobody on that O right now, too easy to lock on DJ and I think the Hebrew Hammer sucks. Still like DJ as long as he’s not chalk. Probably a solid cash option just based on volume, especially in the passing game, and that should lead to good numbers Vs Atl.

No, I don’t think so. Who’s floor can you feel safe about? I could see Allen throwing for a 100 yds in this game or any game. It’s buffalo in December too, weather should be a factor. The problem with Buffalo’s WR’s is similar to Arz’s, how big is the passing game pie gonna be? TB or NO or LA can throw for more yds in a qtr than Arz or Buf throw for in an entire game. Made that mistake with Fitz this past week for GPP’s but I’m cash, you should just avoid exposure to bottom 3 O’s.

Messing around building one line up and I keep landing on Henry!!! Thoughts?? Derrick Henry vs Giants or is it chasing points??

  • Kamais_Ookin

It’s going to be my bday this Sunday, hoping I’m blessed during slate and win something decent lol.

I’m a little scared this week, nothing really jumps out at me like Luck/Ebron/Ertz/Saquon/Zeke did last week. I had 90% of my cash lineup done before Monday morning.

My favorite plays on the slate are all defenses…

One mistake I see people making far too often in NFL DFS is at WR….

Courtland Sutton was the perfect example of this…. Sutton is an alright WR… he’s got potential to be a good one but he’s not really there yet….

Now Emmanuel Sanders goes down last week which reduces the value of Sutton as now he’s the WR facing more defensive attention..whether that be better corners, safety help, etc I dont know I didnt watch the game… but we know from watching the NFL the last 20 years and playing fantasy football this is definitely not a spot you want to be in the habit of targeting..

Even if his ownership were the same as normal, we’d generally want to avoid him because the extra target or two he MAY receive is worth far less than the chance he benefits from a busted coverage, inferior defender, lack of safety help over the top, etc as a #2 or #3 WR where the defensive attention is more aligned with his current skill-set and experience level.

So once we see people gravitating towards Sutton in droves because he’s the “#1 WR” he should be an easy fade without a 2nd thought. The elevated ownership carries from a bad play to a truly terrible play.

Sutton isn’t a #1 WR. He’s a #1 WR in name only. If anything the first thing you should think is “wow, this passing game is going to be trash without Sanders, let’s just avoid this team altogether this week”

It’s not just injuries where we see this occur. How many times have we seen a WR change teams in the off-season to go from a #2 to a #1 with his new team, only to watch him fail miserably as a #1 option?

It’s a very common mistake and it’s extremely easily avoidable if you think it through.

I disagree that Sutton was a bad play and I’ve heard that argument 2x already. I would agree if SF had a shutdown corner but their best corner dies not travel. I also don’t think SF gave Sutton consistent extra attention since he’s really a nobody. The other WR’s produced but I think all 3 were in play and it was more of a random thing he didn’t produce. I can definitely see how he wasn’t a great play but the notion that he was a bad play against a really bad pass D with stationary corners seems results based. You should have been able to project 6-7 high adot tgts with solid TD equity for 4500 from a talented young receiver who’s needle was pointed up. That’s where process should have landed you in cash. In GPP’s, you can fade anyone with that profile or any profile when they are chalk.

No totals over 50 although pit/ne probably will be if Ben plays. I like these weeks better. Less games, you need to dig deeeper since all the plays have holes in them.

Zeke Vs Indy is prolly a cash game staple but I’m wondering if 40 touches last week limits his workload this week. Indy been tough to run on this sets up for another 6-10 catch game.

  • Kamais_Ookin

I know Jaguars looked horrendous last game and they gave up, but a 25+ carries Fournette day would probably yield big results vs Skins. They’re just so damn bad.

I’m curious if one of the titan rb’s smashes against Giants too. Doesn’t necessarily have to be Derrick.

  • Kamais_Ookin

Barkley’s matchup doesn’t excite me, but he wasn’t over-worked like Elliott was since he sat on bench in 2nd half so there’s no fatigue issues. Hard to fade a monstrous talent like him.

  • fenway2015

qb is really lousy this week like allen (buf) and luck (ind). the best qb’s are playing in primetime this week.

I don’t play cash but for gpp I haven’t played him once this year. YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER WHO IS THROWING THE BALL TO HIM!!!

7-1 yesterday. Hope u all cashed in on all those home dogs yesterday. TB cost me a from having a good week to a smash week. They blew the lead and the cover What a joke.

Does Patrick Peterson shadow? If he shadows Julio I like Ridley after 2 bad games and at 5K which is his lowest price since way back in week 4

Also, Jaguars defense at home is a totally different beast than on the road. It was only 2 weeks ago where they stymied Luck and the colts to 0 pts which is pretty impressive. Now after being humiliated by Titans, they’re at home and presumably motivated vs a josh johnson led skins that I’m hard pressed to call an nfl team at this point with all the injuries. I think I’ll pay up for them this week.

So I won some Milly tickets. You can use them whenever you want on DK right? My question is which week would you guys recommend using them. Week 17 all 32 teams are on the main slate. There could be some teams resting players then and could be more backups playing with teams that are in the playoffs as well as teams that aren’t. Should I try to win more tickets and use them week 17 or should I use them week 15 or 16 taking all things into consideration? And why? Thanks guys
