Damn you DK and a 5K top prize. Printing out my $5 lottery ticket. I“m starting with the home team and Stammer. Hedge $0.25 with a Kucherov lineup. Gimme some Werenski too. I guess I like the East for whatever reason.

I was going to just hammer the quarter but I’m going to throw a few entries into the $5 instead. I’m sure it’s a bad idea but whatever.

Lines prolly won’t be out until gametime I would suppose.

What’s the best approach to goalie? Pick the non starter and hope for the win?

Honestly whoever you think will get the most saves. You can’t really predict scoring, because we’ve seen like 2-1 games and then high scoring ones.

The goalies of the team you think will win is best I suppose. Then just pick your fav from that team. Should be interesting to see ownerships.

- keep in mind the contest is only for the 2 games and doesn’t include the final. – also it’s 3 on 3 so there will be no set lines – I like a 3d approach and guys who aren’t afraid to shoot the puck – as for goalies I guess wait to see who is starting and pick the second one as he gets the win unless the score is already out of control (I believe??)

I think the win is under normal rules, so whatever goalie is in net when his team takes its last lead of the game. So if one team pulls ahead under the first goalie, then as long as they don’t relinquish the lead that first goalie would get the win.

I’m tossing in one entry as a crapshoot but probably won’t even get to watch, so degen central I guess.

The only strategy I could think of was trying to put teammates together where I could (e.g. Tav + Bailey, Kuch + Point + Stamkos, though I didn’t do this last one, only did duos) and making sure I didn’t have more than one or two skaters going against my goalie.

Any line updates?

Game 2 made me lose that $20! Should have went with Kucherov. It was kind of obvious since they play in Tampa.

Yeah, I hadn’t thought about where it actually was being played. When I saw the introductions and realized it was Tampa, I kicked myself for not going with Kucherov-Stamkos more heavily.

I did alright. Took 35th in the $27 game and 14th in the $5 single entry. Scored 47.9
