Riviera is a fairly long course that tends to favor players that have a natural power fade. With that said, off the top of my head I know that JB Holmes and Gary Woodland are bombers that fade the ball. Anybody else know of other players that fit that mold?

Thanks – did you play the Max 3 entry $3 Hybrid ?
I’m guessing the splits would be about the same but would like to see them if anyone has them ????

430th in the best ball with my 6/6 lineup, should be a fun weekend.

  • zshatz11

Rodgers is the only person in my core to miss the cut. Wish I went with McGirt instead. Have one 6/6 out of 19 when I played McGirt instead of Rodgers with the rest of the guys in my main lineup.

Nice – Good luck – I have a good 5/6 with Choi, Hideki, Scott all at -6 and Tringale -4 with Casey Even so counting on some upside

I’m kicking ass in cash with this lineup – just too bad Cabrera died on his last 9 holes as he was inside the cut and -4 overall early today.

And one of your 5/6 tied at 430 too.

I have a 5/6 in 2nd in that one, so I’ll be swapping out with you in no time.

  • Russthabus26

I need some Noh/Tringale magic. Nothing too exciting yet but 6/6 seems really good this weekend.

  • Elephantjockey

just realized i have 1 6/6 lineup left but no one in it doing spectacularly. Rory, Donald, Lovemark, Hoffman, Tringale, Moore. Have some other good 5/6’s. Damn Jones and Summerhays

Best lineup right now is Reavie, Bubba, Reifers, Scott, Varner and SERGIO (i hate you sergio, what could have been). 232nd in the $3 Birdie and 4th in the Tiger Jam (only entry).

I have a few 6/6s out there including one in the Caddy for a Cure.

Love me a PGA weekend roller coaster ride.

This could be an old source of info but I found this site this morning from a RT on Twitter. Breaks down the ownership levels, salary distribution, cut made %, and you can search by username too. Super useful IMO.

    http://www.thefantasyfanatics.com/dfs/pga/ownership_summary.cfm

One thing that jumped out at me was 53.43% of the $3 Birdie entries maxed out the $50,000 salary. Just by deviating a few hundred you instantly have a pretty unique lineup compared to the field.

  • ElSlappo

My best LU in the Birdie is Choi, DJ, McGirt, Scott, Steele, and my new best friend Summerhays. Thanks Daniel for bogeying 18 yesterday, that was great.

  • smallANDflaccid

@jstevens2k11 – very cool site – thank you for the link!

  • jstevens2k11

Yeah just found it this morning, a great post lock tool. At quick glance….85% of the $3 entries spent $49,800 or more. Not shocked but its a glaring number.

    That is awesome !

In both the $3 and the $20 pool Dalury got 6/6 on exactly 0 of 200 because he had Keegan on 197/200 lineups

EDITFYI on his 200 lineups in each pool, he played only 29 diff golfers; some people playing Max 200 lineups used over 100 diff players

What does the high % mean?

Highest % of any one player – that the person owns
