Riviera is a fairly long course that tends to favor players that have a natural power fade. With that said, off the top of my head I know that JB Holmes and Gary Woodland are bombers that fade the ball. Anybody else know of other players that fit that mold?

He’s rocketing my team up the standings. Sadly, the Keegan Bradley fiasco prevented it from being 6/6, although it’s currently in the top 300 of the Best Ball (for now). Dustin, Choi, Holmes, Loupe, McGirt, Keegan

Yeah someone pulled out. Thats how Aiken got in as well.

I noticed that last weekend. There was a lot of foreign players came in late and many of them did very well. Makes it even harder when they lead your player or tied with your player. Yes we all face that but if you’re stuck behind one its frustrating…. There now I feel better… Game on.

I’d rather be behind them knowing NOBODY owns them versus being behind someone who is highly owned…but that is just me thinking out loud.

Wow grid lock. Everyone camping on a tee waiting to hit. Long long bloody rounds. Must drive players crazy when they all know who the culprit is.
That’s why a new rule/penalty is coming in. They will get warning and at some point get publically named as a slow player. Before it was a small fine. Something like 2k. That’s Mikelsons tip to the ball cleaner.

  • thetitanlb

Damn Rose had a 12 footer for eagle. Darn it lol

  • JimKronlund

I have 4 players with a total combined ownership 5.1% and I am currently 6th in 40k ATM

  • thetitanlb

Oh chez reavie you cock tease smh lol

  • qatman

Schwartzel was quite disappointing today. English too after a hot start birdieing 1 and 2. I’ll still profit but could have been a monster week.

Went from 26th in the best ball to 135 with all those shenanigans that took place on the last 4 holes.

I cant really say but slow play sure does take the fun out of it, It makes it so hard to remain lazer sharp and keep focused which the PGA players obviously must stay on point.

That best ball sucks. Fairway is WAY better

Most of the Asians are considered slow; we saw how brutal both Choi and Hideki are the past few weeks on TV – other known slow pokes are Kevin Na, Ben Crane (though he has improved), Harrington is slow when in contention (it’s like he down-shifts to the slowest gear).

Slow play bugs me when I’m playing as I move pretty quick, but watching it on TV doesn’t bother me as there is usually another golfer to cut over to……now these idiots clicking cameras and yelling “Mashed Potatoes” or other crap right at impact – that pisses me off. I personally flip out on people who do that when I’m at a live event and single them out as idiots – be very afraid – I’m real tough when I have 500 other golf fans near me !!!!

Aiken and Kang actually got in by Monday qualifying along with Rhein Gibson and Jarrod Lyle. Dawie van dear Walt got Brian Gay’s spot when he withdrew.

  • walkoff9

    wtf english

  • walkoff9

Tringale and english both get a penalty on the 2nd hoe.

What a disaster start for me.

  • thetitanlb

At first look it looks like the course is playing pretty hard today. The majority of the guys who got the birdie on the first hole so far have already given it back.

  • BIF

I feel bad for Loupe owners when they see the short game display on #10 and 11 this morning – ouch….

  • walkoff9

On the other hand rose with a tap in eagle…

Yep those guy are both screwing me too, if they don’t step it up and Choi and Bubba have good days I’ll fall out of the money
