    Hey guys,

    New here. Does anyone have any experience with FantasyAces and their withdrawal times? I requested a $600 payout to PayPal 7 days ago and still have not received it. Their website says 24-48 hours.

    I would assume these smaller sites would have a heavier focus on customer service, which is why I chose FantasyAces (along with the smaller GPP games). Apparently not?

    I’ve never had an issue in the past. In fact, the customer service has always been above and beyond.

    This is odd. I’m having the same issue. Requested a withdrawal 7 days ago and nothing. It’s unusual as they normally go out of their way to process withdrawals and answer customer support inquiries quickly. I have contacted them 3 times in the past two days with no response. Pretty sure there’s no reason to panic, but it isn’t the norm.

    I’m having the same issue and seeing this really sucks because I need the money now. I requested on Saturday and have emailed them once with no response.

    To add I just needed 100$ until Friday and was planning on putting it right back in my aces account. I really like aces but if they aren’t able to give me money that’s owed to me through my PayPal account within 3-4 days I’m really going to reconsider weather I put money back in. I have never withdrawn money before now which is what makes this all the more frustrating.

    Yep customer service has always been great to me also which is why it’s very concerning this is happening with no customer service response.

    According to Dustin Gouker at Legal Sports Report, Fantasy Aces has halted trading on their stock. May have something to do with slow withdrawals & no communication. They also have not posted to Twitter in 6 days.

    Given that numerous people have not gotten withdrawals, have to assume it may be related to that news.

    We don’t know what the news is yet—-good or bad.

    Ok I did receive an email from aces now telling me it takes two to three business days and that they have now sent my withdrawal request to processing. Really hope all is well as I was really excited to get a full season of MLB action over there when baseball starts.

    Maybe corresponding with news of their stock not being able to be traded, but no tournaments have been posted for PGA; only cash games. I’m not liking this as I had been quite successful with PGA on there.

    This at least slightly troubling. I was planning to play quite a few entries in their big GPP tonight, but now I question if it’s going to be worth the time and effort. I mean, there were promises of upcoming good news during the Fantasy Up debacle, too.

    Has anyone from RG been in contact with Aces that can confirm that all is well? Is RG still getting paid their referral commission from our play while withdrawals have been delayed? The first concerning post was at least a couple weeks ago in another thread.

    There was concerned chatter at the FSTA conference about Aces and delayed payments are bad even if good news is coming. It’s hard for me to believe Tom Frisina would ruin his professional reputation by not paying players, though. I don’t think I’ll be able to get any additional information out of them until they share whatever the news is, which Bryan Frisina tells me should be 1-3 days. If anything is preventing them from processing cashouts they should suspend games and not accept new deposits until it is resolved.

    Man, I just opened up Fantasy Aces and was about to make a large deposit to throw multiple entries into the big tournament tonight. Now I’m not going to do that and get money tied up again.

    Fantasy Aces’ website went down at approximately 0130 (EST) this morning, and there is now a message posted when you go to their site that they have been acquired by Fantasy Draft. It does not permit you to either log-in or withdraw your money. It simply states that, “We expect the process to be completed within 3 to 5 business days, and will provide more detail as it becomes available.” As of 0300 (EST), nothing is posted about the pending acquisition on either Fantasy Aces’ or Fantasy Draft’s Twitter account.

    I did not even get the opportunity to see whether I placed in several NBA 50/50 contests I had entered on Wednesday.

    I may be wrong, but I seem to recall having read not that long ago one of the newly effectuated state DFS laws and it specifically prohibited not allowing players to withdraw or have access to their money by any site seeking a license to operate therein; i.e., player funds must be segregated from operating funds so that if a situation like this occurs players can still get their money. As others have noted in a prior forum post, Fantasy Aces has not allowed anyone access to their funds for over a week now.

    FYI – I posted above and got paid in the past 24 hours.

    New issue – How is it that FA runs its biggest NBA contest all year and I can’t see the results? I know I won some $$$ and last I checked (start of 4Q of the LAL game) I had substantial winnings (most of my entries (which had been acquired via satellite over the past few weeks) were cashing with several in the top 10), but I could also see I wasn’t going to win the tourney outright and I went to bed anticipating dropping some, planning to check results in the morning. I wake up to piss in the middle of the night and boom: I have no results, can’t verify if the contest was properly administered, have no clue what my balance is, all in the midst of being pushed off to another company with no way to check account history. I’m happy for the FA guys if this was a good deal for them, but where is my money? what is my balance? where is that tourney log/results? Why take everything down? Why can’t I withdrawal my balance? Who is answering these questions?

    Having a pending withdrawal outstanding, I am slightly more hopeful than where I was 24-48 hours ago. Hopefully now that this has been announced one of the first orders of business is allowing users to pay out pending withdrawals.

    I have had lots of issues with FA and cashing out! The co-founder has been handwriting me checks but only after I harassed them about not getting paid on time!

    Comment: I would like to know where my cashout is….all I ever got was a confirmation that you received my request to withdraw and the money left my account but I never got a confirmation that it was processed. It’s been a very long period of time now and I’ve already sent 1 email inquiring about this. I made two check requests on both DK and FD after I made the request here on FA and both of those checks have already arrived almost a week ago. I also received confirmation from them that my cashouts had been processed. I wish I got the same service on here. As of now I do not feel comfortable playing on here. I requested $250 on 11/28/16 and the money was taken off of my account balance but I have not heard any sort of response on your end. Please resolve this issue. KV

    I see you have a check request that was generated on 11/28 in the amount of $250.
    As per our site rules: Withdrawal by check will take up to 15 days to process and will only be an option for withdrawals over $100.
    Your 15 days is near, and your check should be going out by the end of the week. If you do not receive your check by midweek next week, please let us know. You could also have your withdrawal through Paypal, which only takes 2-3 days to process. If there is anything else we can do for you, let us know.

    I think it is safe for you to be fully hopeful. I haven’t spoken with either party since this was posted but I’m confident it’s legit and all players will be paid in full.
