Well fellas NBA is back for the month of august on DK! Let’s talk strategy!

  • roadrunner1976

ESP defense in the paint is relatively good. Saric is a much better play against LTU shitty D at that price. I also thought Duigo was a better play than Scola but unfortunate he also sucked it up tonight

  • gzilla

    Thank you road runner

Why was scola so low owned? How did everyone know he would dud?

    Just need big games from
    Saric and Bogdanovic

  • roadrunner1976

Saric was my go to pick for the night. I bet he comes through big, he’s a talented player

  • roadrunner1976

I imagine Saric will be coming to the NBA this year or the next

  • oatw

I’m pretty sure he announced he was coming over this year if I remember correctly

  • TheImmortalGoud

    Supposed starting lineups:

    Alberto de Roa ‏@TikotDeRoa
LTU: Kalnietis, Seibutis, Maciulis, Jankunas, Valanciunas

CRO: Ukic, Simon, Bogdanovic, Saric, Bilan

Huh Spain’s defense is pretty suspect in the interior with Mirotic/Gasol. Their perimeter defense with Rubio is where they are so good (given Rubio plays, otherwise it’s not that good). Lithuania has a much better interior defense with JoVal and their plethora of PFs. Plus Saric isn’t really an interior player. He plays a lot of point forward on top of the key, and he isn’t a back down low post scorer. If he wants to be good in the NBA, he’ll need to develop that part of his game.

Actually I stand corrected. I’m watching the game, and both of these defenses are horrible. Both teams have wide open shots everywhere. However, it is true that Saric isn’t a true PF. He does a lot of his damage off the dribble or starting from the top of the key. He has the occasional post up, but it’ll be interesting watching him and Simmons play because both are very similar in terms of style.

Yeah for the most part. Saric is a wayyyy better shooter though. Simmons is a better passer and rebounder though

Lithuania in desperation mode now. They are about to drop from being the 1 seed to being the 4 seed and having to play the US.

I would think they would. 4 games tomorrow at 9AM, 12:30PM, 4:45PM, and 8:15PM…can see them do a full day slate, early slate, and late slate

Doubt serbia starts both Jokic and Radulijca they have not done that all olympics. They probably start markovic but other than that list looks pretty good.

Anyone have any articles or research for this slate? Could use some help. Thanks

  • Stangs13

Seems like the pricing is a lot tighter. Going to need to pick the right studs and find some cheap value
