Next up on the Outlaw Tour is a 3-day event running Tuesday-Thursday at the lesser known TPC Scottsdale – Champions Course.

The big boys on the PGA Tour play on the Stadium Course; this event on the same property but at the easier and slightly shorter Champions Course.

Par 71 – stretched out to 7115 yards from the Tips

Unlike most Par 71’s, this course has 4 par 5’s and 5 par 3’s with just 9 par 4’s. Lots of Birdie opportunities but avoid bogies on the Par 3’s will be huge to go low and keep the scorecard clean.

Surprised at Enright’s relatively low ownership. Cheap and did the business consistently for 2 days

I have Funk and Alberto Sanchez in a lineup. Unfortunately, it’s being dragged down by chalky duds. But there are still some holes left…

Cut my player pool from 14 to eight for today with three LU’s again in the DtG

Also went three in the 3max $20 Scramble with min. cash $30 so need 2/3 to cash there today

Also; didn’t need Elliot to get wrecked last night like I lost with JJ the other day

Well ended up seventh out of 117 in the Scramble for $80 with 208.10 points and that LU finished 50th out of 951 winning $12.50 in the DtG so salvaged something out of this week :)

Dang, BIF! You might be able to parlay that into some serious money.

For any of you who have never tried NASCAR, this might be a good weekend to give it a whirl. I’ve never seen this before, but there is a “Risk Free 4” contest, which is max 5 – $4 entries, and you’re guaranteed to get your $4 entry fee back, while also having a shot at $50k or other top prizes. I have no idea how that math works for DK, but works for me.

  • ifthethunder

My best lineup scored 201.65 and didn’t win anything. Eddie Olson was the low man on the totem pole.

I’ll definitely play NASCAR, got a nice double plus a free $5 dollar ticket last week from the ten dollar contest.

    That’s what I was hoping !

2 of the $555 tickets I won were on $9 entries and the other was a $43 entry

Outlaw Tour has sucked for me the past couple events so this was nice.

What contests did you play ?
The cash line was 195.50 in the big $10 so I’m surprised 201.65 would not have min cashed in everything.

I didn’t play any bigger contests, mostly chased the tickets in the dime and quarter stuff. In fact, I see I had a 196.45 lineup that did min cash. That 201.65 was only in ticket contests with two prizes.Needed 221.45 to win.

Hi tim…I am considering it, if I get past installing the tracking app on my laptop. Anyways, here’s a decent review.

    thanks if……

I gotta go with Lefty on this. I dont really like him as much as I think you should take the 2-1 and hope TB12 can outdo manning enough to give the underdog a victory.

so a $10 bet is worth ABOUT $15 one way and $30 the other.

LOL with the covid19 issues, Illinois just cant get anything done as far as gaming (many would say cant get anything done as a government). They opened up the first sportsbook the Monday before all sports closed. They cant get online gaming done and the casino is still closed.

That’s right. BTW, the odds at DK are currently +165 Phil, -195 Tiger.

ALSO: The reason I finally did sign up is this promotion:

“The Match – Bet and Get

Tiger and Phil are betting in-play, and so can you. Bet $20+ on The Match and get a $20 Free Live Bet!”

P.S. Edited to get the lines right.

I kind of know him indirectly – we both used to practice at the same time quite often as one of his teachers was the head pro at my course so I often hit balls next to him on the range and we played a few holes together once. He also won (or lost in a playoff) around the same time in our provincial amateur – I lived in Alberta for 10 years from 2006-16.

I’ve been watching his results on the mini-tours since he turned pro so usually throw him on a lineup or two the last couple of events.

That was also a 3 Canadian lineup with Funk, Wheeldon and Gorbahn.

By the way, I forgot to say a big Congrats on the nice UFC hit a couple weeks ago !!! How much money did that pay ?

Ah ok that’s great to know. Im like “Is Funk on the down low stud no one knows about on the Outlaw Tour yet?!”. The UFC win was amazing. I had been working 16 hour days on a project for the last two weeks up until that point and decided to play seeing as it was basically the first “real” sport back since quarantine. I had to split it with 17 people but still paid over $27K! Also played the next weekend and would have killed for another nice payday if Barboza doesn’t get screwed by that judging.

Nice – nothing wrong with $27K and yah that next fight card had some brutal decisions and refereeing – 3 fights should have went the other way.

I did have one lineup with 6 winners that night but a couple were the wrong winners to have so that held me back. I always play a couple lineups on UFC as I’m going to be watching but rarely more than 4 or 5.

Im looking at next week’s Outlaw tournament and the course seems to be LONG. Do you know anyway to find stats on driving distance on these guys?

Yeah it’s rough seeing the lineups with all winners and seeing it with a mid level cash. The decisions for Barboza, Elkins and Song were pretty iffy esp. Barboza. Ive got 6 tickets for the 6/6 card so will be firing on that tournament again. Hope they put together a good card for it as of right now it looks kind of gross.

I have 2 tickets for the next UFC Milly as well (so far) – hoping to grab a couple more this week.
