Oh why did you have to bring him into this, he was in my final cuts for my player pool this week.

I’ve only been back to playing golf weekly since the Masters (taking almost like 6-7 months off) and only been marginally holding my own so don’t put too much stock into it. lol.

austin cook is too hard of a name to pronounce, so I would go with Bjerregaard

Lol reading an article on pgatour.com about Koepka: “HAMILTON, Ontario – When Rory McIlroy was leaving his press conference Wednesday at the RBC Canadian Open, his parting words were: “Speaking of separating himself from the field, here’s Brooks Koepka!”

It also says Koepka hasn’t picked up a club since Sunday of the PGA before his practice this week so not sure if they’ll be any slight rust/warm up needed

Lock…if we can get Brandle Chamblee to say something negative about Brooks!

  • byo34

Speaking of Brooks.. pretty funny stuff.

Someone asked Brooks how much he should bet on him this week. Brooks said “How much do you want to win?”

Why the hate for Kelly f-ing Kraft? I have a couple shares myself.

LOL, thanks to BIF, I say it every time I see his name!

I play Na, Armour, Molinari, Merritt and a few other shorter hitters about 5 times a year and they have all made me more in those 5 weeks than DJ/JT have in a year. DFS Golf is all about picking spots with the right guys – anybody can pick 20% DJ but getting 2% Troy Merritt with 1% Ryan Armour at The National last July 1st got me over $40K.

Thank you for your insight – and I agree with the 1%/2% wholeheartedly. I almost never really care too much about where my models put the heavy hitters, unless it shows them unexpectedly low. It’s the middle of the model output where I find my bargains/sleepers.

I’ve seen a bunch of Serg fades. I’ve got him at 25%.

Anyone mind informing me why I should get off him?

his approach game has been very good, therefore I along with you have plenty of Sergio as well, just go with it

I’m on Sergio this week too, as long as he’s not slamming clubs into the green his non-major form has been good this year and I feel like he’ll be underowned compared to the likes of Webb, Stenson and Piercy (maybe…). Always gives you the risk of a dreaded octuple bogey though…

  • byo34

Sergio is always in play with no water.

Reminds me of a story – 2011 US Open Congressional, Mrs Breeze and I had a date on Friday there, she wanted to see Phil as usual and I wanted to see Rory among others. We spent most of the day on the back nine, but before we left we decided to walk the front 9 which can get quite a distance away from the clubhouse. We make it to the tee box of #3 which is a hike to get to, stop to watch at the ropes (which are only 5 feet off the box) and up walks Sergio. He pulls out his driver (the one with the white head that was popular then), chats with his caddie and tees it up. He crushed it! it went a country mile…….straight right lol, he slams his club on the tee box three times and starts cussing in Spanish, it was hilarious. Mrs Breeze thought it was best damn golf moment she ever witnessed and still today talks about. So, at least he is consistent …heh

Idk how anybody can even make lineups this week, there is not a single guy below like 7500 that I’d even want to roster

I felt the same struggle. Then you start to build US Open lineups and have DeChambeau at $8.1K.

I am really liking this putters anonymous team. Hearn, bradley, kuchar, simpson. Locked and loaded in the quarter arcade, on my way to becoming a hundredaire

  • dangasin

I see brian gay at 7200, and then I see that fine Canadian man Nick Taylor at 7100. Tough call
