    9-10% for 6/6’s across GPPs
    Around 30% for 5/6

Big difference from yesterday when a 4/6 looked ok and now over half of the 5/6’s won’t cash – you better have some guys in the Top 5 if you wanna cash this week.

Yea Piller killed my only hope of a 6/6 but have Kuchar Sneds and Hadwin in the top ten for the weekend and hoping Palmer and Berger can not just mail it in this weekend

    174th in the Birdie @ 326.5 pts

Single bullet week with a 6/6

    Stenson -8
    Keegan -6
    Furyk -4
    Palmer -3
    ZJ -2
    Noren -2

Lots of improvement to be had. Wrestled with Furyk/Noren vs Snedeker/McDowell down to the last minute and obv picked wrong haha

9 out of 24 … 5/6 lineups and 1 crappy 6/6 that is only beating 1 of my 5/6 lineups … going to need some damage control this weekend

  • yisman

thought I had a 6/6, but then the cutline became -2 instead of -1 and Armour missed the cut by a stroke

  • lfn1992

Just very unlucky to have both tons of Austin Cook AND Ryan Armor.

Anyone know the 6/6 percentage in the Mayo contest? Seems like it usually runs lower than the standard GPP, but I may be mistaken.

Missed Saturday Showdown, will have to Laos up Sunday and try for some tix.

You really think Round 1-2-3-4 scoring averages have any predictive ability ? I’ve always found many more reasons to ignore them than to believe in them.

For a guy like Bozz who has only made 9 cuts all year and 3 of them were back in like Nov-January on the super-birdie-fest events like the RSM, Sony and Desert Classic where he shot 65, 64, 64 in the 3rd rounds, I’m not sure that carries over to some season long predictor of good Saturday play.

For Showdown, I just look for guys that I though would do well on a course based on course fit and have not yet this week, guys who made cut but have putted poorly so may be do for some upside pop and I usually avoid the guys who went super low the day before as tough to go real low b2b days. Also I try to factor in weather and tee times.

  • NoLimits0

Joaquin Niemann he’s literally the only one hitting the ball well today (besides Byrd) among the early guys but he can’t putt!!! He would be -12 if he putted just like an average person this tournament.

  • NoLimits0

Btw so much for making the cut. Noren Berger and all those guys are on pace for like a few birdie day.

Would rather have top 5 guys with MCs than two of them.

  • tristanwolf

noren just a boring, plodding round. need him to get some this back 9.

  • russ1847

Single bullet in the Eagle here…

    Kuchar -12
    Sneds -11
    Malnati -6
    Van Roo -6
    Koepka -4
    Uihlein (-2) now -5

So your sayin there’s a chance
