I’m seeing 14%, which isn’t very low, but there’s 11 other guys above him, a couple of which I wouldn’t even consider playing at all.

If you throw out the Masters and TPC, Cantlay has had a pretty good season. Even Webb missed the cut at TPC. Cantlay is T3-T7-T3 at this course.

    Top 5 is:
    Webb
    Ancer
    Hoffman
    Conners
    Collin M

Interesting. I thought Harman & Kirk were the chalk.

There are 80 players priced at 6900 or less, my core play, went light on scrubs and I only dipped below 7000 with two players –

    Andrew Putnam 6900
    Rafael Campos 6400

everyone else is 7000 or higher, does this qualify as a chalk strategy?

At the moment I have no one under 7,100.

I think I might take Ghim, Sabbs, Doc, Stallings, Piercy (after he screwed me and a lot of us here last year), and Homeless.

Thunder try looking at this….My RBC spreadsheet for 2019 and 2020.

I’m looking at it, but I’m not sure what you are saying? Do you want to play Simpson, Ancer, and Berger…or not?

Windfinder from Monday to Tuesday has changed. Cloudy all week, wind speed up, not excessive but noteworthy, and some precipitation thur and sat.
    https://www.windfinder.com/forecast/harbour-town_yacht-basin

Thursday afternoon looks to be higher winds, especially the gusts. But there is a small chance of precipitation Thursday afternoon. I am trying to decide whether the high winds with the possibility of a softer course conditions is enough to justify playing the guys in the PM/AM wave.

Based on the wind predictions, looks like a clear advantage to the AM/PM Wave.

Since they took away all of the free course history sheets, I guess I’m a recent form guy now. I’m locking in a high-priced Will Zalatoris in my single-bullet. He’s probably overpriced. I know. He’ll probably be exhausted after finishing runner-up at Augusta. I know. He’s probably never played professionally here. I’m not sure, but I doubt he has. #Locked&Loaded

Ha-ha… Otherwise, I just stopped in to say hi.

These guys post a form and CH sheet each week. Just toggle to course history to see that. BTW, you can copy and paste special into your own spreadsheet and have both lined up together.

So far I’m seeing very short first cut around greens that will allow for run off and then the actual rough is only like an inch higher. Very easy/clean chipping around greens. Rough bordering fairways isn’t much longer. The rough is basically just beautiful grass, shorter than that nice yard in your neighborhood.

Can someone tell me the wind forecast for today? Feeling strong breeze and I’m not even near the water yet.

The 10AM report from the lighthouse was 72 degrees with SSW winds 11 MPH. (they’re calling for winds to pick up to 17-18 MPH after noon)

You guys are worried about the weather at RBC Heritage? In the Austrian Open, the 8AM temperature is going to be 34 degrees, with a high during the day of 45 degrees.

    I’m trying to find snow/ice player ratings…

BTW, as a Euro guy (or maybe THE Euro guy, at least on this forum), do you have thoughts about Sergio Garcia vs Shane Lowry? (Throw in the woods, Fleet and West too if you like. They’re all in the same DK salary range.)

Pundits LOVE Sergio this week. Personally I am not sure whether I am including either him or Sugar Shane in my LUs this week.

Both are at that bottom tier of Top 50 OWGR

Personally I think Sugar Shane will have lower ownership and is mostly interesting as a pivot off of Sergio. But I’m not 100% sold on either.

T.Y. Also worth noting (perhaps) that both Sergio and Shane have PM/AM Thursday/Friday tee times. I guess both are used to the wind, but the AM/PM wave looks like they’ll have more comfortable conditions.

Sometimes golfers just seem to be numbers to me, how many Fantasy points, where they finished, what is their rank in GIR……I seem to pick a lot of Casey and Hatton. Yet they have good things to look at but seem to be non contenders. At least when I play them. I guess every time I pick them I am hoping for lightning in a bottle and I get static discharge.

Can someone explain to me why I ever pick these 2 guys. I seem to be thinking about them again this week.

    Austrian Open

    Winner: Mattias Schwab
    Fade: Joost
Sleeper: Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano (or as I like to call him G-Fed)

  • lfn1992

    Should probably call him

  • BrianVT

As usual, the defense here is going to be small greens, greenside bunkers, and wind. Every lie will be fine, unless you’re in like “the unknown”, in which case you could be in pine straw or matted down sand/rock mixture, which I saw a few amateurs hitting out of today.

What the hell to do with Lee Westwood this week
