I am purposefully playing the least appealing players and leaving $5,000 in salary on the table. Why? Because if NBA is random, the rising stars game is 100x more

Not with Ben Simmons on the floor taking away his ball handling duties. Murray played along side Hield last year in this game and he rarely handles the ball, he won’t have the same type of usage this game.

Luke Walton said he was going to ask that his guys be limited to 15-20 since this is a back-to-back-to-back. We’ll see if that happens or not.

Embiid isn’t out. He confirmed he’s doing Rising Stars, Skills and the All-Star game but 76ers did say they would work with him on his exact availability. I think tonight is just a cameo.

GREAT, so do they play 16 minutes and get 8 points or do they end up getting 25 minutes and scoring 40.

For some reason, I feel like coaches are more respectful of other organizations than their own players (cough*Thibodeau**cough*), so they won’t go against the Lakers’ and 76ers’ wishes. That being said, Walton has softened his stance, so that situation is completely up in the air.

How many has he played in? I thought this was his 2nd yr in the NBA? He will prob be one of the highest owned guys anyway, just curious other Rising Stars games as I honestly only know of last years?

I looked at this too, but thinking these playoff contending teams aren’t gonna want these guys going all out. Maybe overthinking, but last year there weren’t any players from playoff teams from what I saw. Then again, no different than playing Sunday in the ASG

I took all 20 names, shuffled them in a hat all folded placed them on 1-20 on a dart board and threw 6 darts. What I landed on tonight is what I am playing.
