    I wanted to take a minute and introduce you all to Rosters and tell you a bit about us.

    Rosters is a well funded and stable company, operating as part of the iTEAM Network. You may remember that iTEAM made good on the balances of the customers who lost their money when FantasyUp shut down. We have 19 employees in our Las Vegas and Florida offices including experienced staff in Engineering, Finance, Operations and Customer Service.

    I come from an 18 year history in brick and mortar casinos. I started out as a Craps Dealer and eventually became Chief Operating Officer of the world’s third largest casino. And I run Rosters just like I used to run the casinos. We provide great customer service, we make sure our customer’s money is safe and we make sure they have fun.

    DFS is a tough business and we’re in it for the long haul. We hope that you’ll give us a chance to earn your business. We’ve raised more than $5 Million to date and more than half of that came from me personally. Like I said, we’re in this for the long haul.

    Last week we started our partnership with RotoGrinders and the members of the RG community gave us some great feedback on our site. You said that you wanted to be able to play on mobile devices, so we enhanced the site to make it mobile responsive. That will be available today. (we also have a native app Rosters available in the Apple App store)

    We have some exciting promotions going on this week, including deposit bonuses, a Money Back Guarantee Tournament on Thursday, and a FreeRoll on Friday where you’ll be playing against poker great Phil Ivey.

    We know that we still have a lot of areas where we can improve and I’m excited to learn from the RG community. So myself and David Williams will be active in this thread. Im excited to hear your feedback here and keep you up to date on the new things we’re working on.

    I haven’t been able to deposit money on the site (fantasyup) for over a week. The screen shows an endlessly processing blue screen before it times out. When will this be fixed so users can deposit $?

    I played a free game last night, got smoked, but why can’t everyone have their websites as user friendly and as easy to manage as FanDuel? I feel like the app and the website are too busy. That’s just me personally, I’m a simple “get off my lawn” type but wanted to share as that’s the only reason I haven’t deposited money yet.

    I created my account a few weeks ago through RG link, but just initiated a deposit a few minutes ago.

    1. Will I still be eligible for RG incentives?

    2. Will I still be eligible for Rosters’ bonuses this week?

    3. Depositing has several steps to it, for some reason, and now I’m in a waiting game with validation through Go.PayToo. In case anyone ends up confused by this…

    Major issues with this new sites promotions running through the site. I tried making paypal deposit through the mobile site and it said it failed then tried again same thing. Rosters.com says I have the pending deposits but I have nothing through paypal that says anything about whether they are pending or not. Seems like this rollout of this promotion was a little to early with multiple flaws within the site and it’s web coding. With them being based in Las Vegas I don’t expect any response from support from my issues for atleast another couple hours. Beware of taking the rosters.com disaster that I have experienced so far.

    One thing I’d like to add: I created an account on the website with a username and password. When I went to the app, it said my password was wrong and didn’t fit the requirements for their passwords. I went back to the website and changed the password to meet the requirements for the app. You’d think they’d be the same?

    I could never put money on a site that Phil Ivey is involved with again. I feel like I learned my lesson from full tilt and sites that are on networks.

    Ok, I’ve tried to deposit 3 times and each time it tells me my signature has been rejected.

    I’m going to give up now and just play on FD, DK, and FantasyDraft. Shouldn’t be this hard to deposit and failure feedback should be WAY WAY better.

    Just got a message that my signature has been rejected so they couldn’t verify my payment. 1. My signature is typically illegible, no matter where I write it. 2. You’re asking a guy with fat fingers to make a perfect signature on a phone in a box that measures less than 1 inch across. OK. There’s nice incentives to give the site a shot, but this has become no longer worth the effort.

    Signed up and deposited via Paypal which went through fine. No $20 instant bonus however, don’t have access to Incentives, and have not received the secret email link for the contest today. Rosters username is bloodgame

    So it’s really hard to make a deposit and after multiple tries I’m still getting rejected. I’m willing to try again later but with all the other complaints can only guess at the number of people who won’t ever go back to that site.

    Hey guys, remember to stay constructive in this thread. We had to delete a couple of posts that went over the line. If you experience a bug or a deposit issue it would be helpful to them to report it thoroughly here or to their emails. They will get it resolved for you.
