    I wanted to take a minute and introduce you all to Rosters and tell you a bit about us.

    Rosters is a well funded and stable company, operating as part of the iTEAM Network. You may remember that iTEAM made good on the balances of the customers who lost their money when FantasyUp shut down. We have 19 employees in our Las Vegas and Florida offices including experienced staff in Engineering, Finance, Operations and Customer Service.

    I come from an 18 year history in brick and mortar casinos. I started out as a Craps Dealer and eventually became Chief Operating Officer of the world’s third largest casino. And I run Rosters just like I used to run the casinos. We provide great customer service, we make sure our customer’s money is safe and we make sure they have fun.

    DFS is a tough business and we’re in it for the long haul. We hope that you’ll give us a chance to earn your business. We’ve raised more than $5 Million to date and more than half of that came from me personally. Like I said, we’re in this for the long haul.

    Last week we started our partnership with RotoGrinders and the members of the RG community gave us some great feedback on our site. You said that you wanted to be able to play on mobile devices, so we enhanced the site to make it mobile responsive. That will be available today. (we also have a native app Rosters available in the Apple App store)

    We have some exciting promotions going on this week, including deposit bonuses, a Money Back Guarantee Tournament on Thursday, and a FreeRoll on Friday where you’ll be playing against poker great Phil Ivey.

    We know that we still have a lot of areas where we can improve and I’m excited to learn from the RG community. So myself and David Williams will be active in this thread. Im excited to hear your feedback here and keep you up to date on the new things we’re working on.

    Hey Jay, Sorry you’re having issues. — PayPal deposit just worked fine for me (2 minutes ago). Did you follow all the verifications steps (personal info, etc)? – We’ll make sure you get a response & solution from Rosters soon.

    Thanks to everyone for your feedback today. It was very helpful and we’re working on the things you pointed out.

    The Credit Card Deposits were obviously a problem for many users. I apologize for that and we’re working with our processors and will have those issues sorted out within the next couple days.

    For those of you who signed up using an RG code and have made a deposit, best of luck in the Beat Phil Freeroll.

    Since I’m a big fan of giving all sides of a story (not just complaints), the Rosters folks sorted out my deposit issues (had to use Paypal) and I was able to take advantage of the bonuses. Being in software myself, launch is hard…especially when you get slammed by a promotion. Kudos for sorting it out and hope there’s not too much negative hangover from first bumpy day.

    PS – Yes I know they’ve been “launched” for a bit…you know what I mean.

    Any way your website and app can show the pending bonus in the account section? I signed up for the drip bonus, and don’t see anywhere I can view the pending bonus.

    The email is going out now so if you don’t have it now you should have it within a few minutes. Please note that this email is only being mailed to those that signed up for Rosters using an RG link or promo code and that have deposited. You also need to have your email address in your Rosters account, some users signed up with their cell phone number.

    You should be receiving an email from Anthony with the details of the drip bonus program. Please let me know if you do not receive it.

    Deposit methods have resumed working but we have reports of a few errors still occurring. I’m looking into your deposit and will let you know what I find. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

    I received the link but when I try to submit lineup for the freeroll, it pops up with “Lineup Incomplete” error. Anyone else experiencing this?

    I’ve been getting this as well, got it for the late contests last night and was unable to play, it looks as if it thinks there are 10 spots to fill when actually there are 9, not sure how people are getting lineups in…anyone else?

    Are you using IE as your browser by any chance? It appears we are having an issue with IE right now. If that is the issue please try Chrome until this is resolved. If it is not please email me a screenshot of your issue with any details you can supply so that I can try and get this resolved for you. david@rosters.com

    Feedback: I’m having difficulty editing lineups for a specific contest. Example, I created a lineup, then entered that lineup into multiple contests in order to “secure my spot in the contest”. Each time I go to edit the contest, it edits the lineups for all the contests i’ve entered that particular lineup in. Not what I wanted to accomplish.

  • I consistenlty get a “Lineup is incomplete” notice, though every position is filled and under budget. This only seems to happen on my laptop. App works better, though I can’t click the link in my email and get it to open in app. Certainly some kinks to work out, as expected, but a good start.
