Did you make any bets today?

    Just a couple

    Holmes over Fritelli
    Morikawa over Rahm

Only played them as they were dogs and I need them in DFS

  • Steverino01

Palmer holes it out for eagle on the par 4 12th.

  • GreenvilleGreen

DJ gonna coast to victory. Just playing lights out while the others struggle. People in the money without DJ won’t be cashing today.

  • Kennybass065

How in the hell did Keith Mitchell win a tournament last year?

Good! I’ve been in the money all tournament and suddenly my guys are lagging.

P.S. Could you ask Frittelli to get an eagle, too?

Damn, Woodland with three missed putts inside 8 feet already

  • GreenvilleGreen

Fowler is trash. Hope he drops a couple more.

No chance DJ wins this tournament

Today couldnt be going any worse, I’m not even sure what I’m rooting for at this point as so many thing either move me up or move me down

First week that I have played the PGA, and I am going to need some pointers for next week. Went from first place in a line up yesterday to barely cashing today at this point. Still have some hope, but it is slim. Feel like with a limited field and no cut this is not even close to what is to be expected going forward.

JT just made a sweet hit off the tee on 11. Almost aced that.
    Let’s see how Xander does.

Really good, not as close tho :) I have both guys, so I want them to push to the finish.

Edit: I see the Happy Meal is the contest that counts, and hand calculating leaderboards is because DK is calcing all the contests.

The Happy meal is a league contest that covers each PGA week event. We use DK as our contest battleground. The top 5 or 10 receive the DK prize of cash.
The DK final leaderboard is used to give points to everyone who qualifies “Happy Meal Cup Points”. The Top 50 or so in a contest will receive cup points.
Cup points are equivalent to Bonus Finishing points DK awards golfers in a classic contest. 30 for 1st, 20 for 2nd……..1 pt for 41st thru 50 and ties.

Your on the right track by asking if any of your fellow programmers are interested in helping you. Perhaps someone will. Specificly your also asking for someone to give you the golden joint where you can smoke it and everything in the data world makes complete sense and wins you all the money upon pressing start on a script.

The golden joint just makes you stoned and convinces you that your right. 1000 opinions on what data to use, What it means, and how to use it. It also doesnt mean a hill of beans unless you know a bit about golf and understand what you see from week to week.

You can get help here but your asking for too much. (my meaning is your asking for the impossible and/or you can get 1000 different answers,)

Edit: Also the Happy meal cup points are added for the entire season to get an overall winner. We did have prizes in the past. I dont know if we will have any this year. It is entirely possible to start this week or next week and become the Champion.

When there is a cut its even worse, no 6/6 no chance at big money, and now that the cut is t65 and better insted of t70 and better it makes getting 6/6 even that more difficult

So a Bachelor contestant won the NFL Mily

    Then I played golf

This will literally happen minute-to-minute for 4 days, every time. Learn to deaden your soul, otherwise seeing the numbers will hurt when they go away.

Thanks, that has been my take away this week.

You definitely cannot go by this week. A field of 34 golfers on top of a no cut event is ridiculous. But after this long layoff had to play. The 120 to 150 full events with a cut you see much lower ownership . The cut will be interesting moving to t65 and no mdf where some guys could get 3 rounds in. 6/6 will be harder but to me it is all relative. When you do get a 6/6 … less people than before will have a 6/6 … and now more 5/6 will cash than before and now even some 4/6 could possibly cash. I think I will like it better. Even if I hit less 6/6 lineups … it will be exciting to hit and have good potential if the total 6/6 is lower overall for those tournaments. At the end of the day you still gotta do better than other people same as before. 6/6% last year could range from under 5% to 25%. Based on the limited tourneys we had under the new rule … the 6/6% was quite a bit lower.

    REEEEEEEEED!!

    Please win this!!!!!!!!!!

  • noddy

I bet Xander to win it…FML

  • Dunzor

Jesus Xander, how do you 3 putt that

Ugh and I think because he didn’t get birdie points at the end that even if he wins the playoff I might miss the cash line by a point

That was a painful 2-putt ending on a makeable 8 footer. Sigh.
