What the hell is it about Fowler and the back 9 on Saturday? That was horrible.

9 feet for eagle for an

Would have been nice. Im getting used to the less than 10 ft misses. Ill take thr birdie, as long as he pars this last hole to be safe of the cut.

Fowler is like the reincarnation of Phil

Always has a double or triple (or both today) up his sleeve.

  • tristanwolf

4 putts from about 20 feet off the fringe. Wow.

  • Gathon11

Kokrak needs a bird on 18 and the cut to stay at -3.

The Fowler triple dropped my “currently winning” number by $1400

Half of that was the $700 I was cashing in the $444 that is now zero

  • Gathon11

I wish I had the funds to play that much :( sticking with the quarter arcades and hybrids for now

  • walkoff9

Penalty and a 4 putt (technically 3 putt)

Still only a triple. Impressive in a horrible way

If Fowler keeps making triples, I’m gonna wish I had the money to play the quarter arcades 😂

My week has died with Rickie’s putter. Time to get ready for next week.

  • achesley711

    Uggh Finau

  • walkoff9

Rickie still gaining 4.2 strokes putting.

    Down from 7 though…

  • walkoff9

I’m following this like I have a shot to cash when I probably don’t. Need -3 to advance to have any shot. Doesnt look like enough ownership will get mdf to help me anyway though.

So sick of watching these shitty putters that I roster every week. List misses 2 within 5 feet on the last two holes, finau misses a 5 footer for par on his last hole to blow the bogey free round bonus. An, Harkins and Hahn have missed sevaral short ones too. Oh and I also have the worst putter in the world in Keegan.

  • walkoff9

Harkins bird but the Scott Brown double keeps -3 t70 for the monent.

    An in safely at -4y

Pieters Most Likely Safe With 2 Holes To Go, With Easiest Par 5, At -4

Mdf I Would Guess -3 Survives.

Kokrak is done for me so as long as Harkins doesn’t do any thing stupid, I should still get 5/6 for my biggest lineup.

  • skankinmat

    Kokrak you dickard.

  • hodag21

Oppenheim really only guy left that can go to -4. Still couple guys at -4 that could drop

I forgot that this tournament is freaking horrible… all putting variance because of the weird combo of super-fast (13+) but flat greens (highest make percentage inside 10 yards). The top 10 is basically all guys who are hugely positive putting:

    Poulter: +4.5 SGP, 9th
    Hossler: +3.8 SGP, 13th
    Dunne: +4.5 SGP, 8th
    Supernintendo Chalmers: +7.43 SGP, 2nd
Grillo: +2.87 SGP, 22nd (also 1st SG: Around the Green, which includes putts from the fringes)
    Tway: +2.25 SGP, 26th
    Mitchell: +2.05 SGP, 31st
    Garrigus (!): +6.2 SGP, 3rd
    Hadley: +3.12 SGP, 20th
    Kuchar; +4.8 SGP, 6th
    Lindheim: +3.2 SGP, 17th
    Ryder: +6.5 SGP, 3rd

The ONLY guy in the top 13 who isn’t riding a combination of putting/around the green variance is Stenson who is +8 Ball Striking (OTT+Approach) and is barely negative (-1) putting+around the green; and even that has 6(!) guys ahead of him. Not like you can focus on putting skills either as guys like Garrigus and Sam Ryder are about the worst putters on tour this season and both are +6.

Now him and harkins would both need to finish -1 over their final holes.

Scott brown only guy 2 back but he’s got a penalty on the par 5.

    Somehow -3 should survive again.

    POS Kokrak.
