    And McCarthy b2b bogies

    Time to make NFL picks

  • ifthethunder

Took my screencap while it lasted: currently, err WAS winning 2,000 for first place in the big $3 20-max. Back to third place and downhill from here, I guess. (UNLESS…what if Matthew NeSmith wins it all?)

The odds you got and bet on are based on each guy being the solo leader; if 5 guys at a 100-1 were all tied for the lead, your theory would mean the casino would have to pay out 5 times as much.

Think of a golf tourney where 3 guys tie for 2nd place, they all don’t get 1M for finishing 2nd place, they split 2nd, 3rd and 4th place money – you need to win things outright to get full odds.

Like I said, I understand the the logic and reasoning behind the way it’s paid out, but it just feels dirty, like you got robbed, especially since I took him when he was only minus 11 and just teed off on the par 5 13th hole. Proceeds to par the par 5 and I figured he was dead and then birdied 3 out of the last 14 holes to tie. I just felt like it deserved more than that but AGAIN, I understand why it is the way that it is but wanted to be sure

Snedeker, my pick to win, bailing me out so far today!

Yep. I was just about to type, “I’m adding Brandt Snedeker to my all-the-way-back list.” Sergio too, probably.

To think I could have played him instead of Ace Ventura. Both 7,100.

Good grief… SLPanthers about to put up 400 points in SD today. Don’t think I’ve seen that before except for maybe on a Sunday round. Has the nut SD lineup going ffs.
