Fanduel will do nothing so figured I would post here.

I am a high stakes player on Fanduel showdown slates. I am one of 4 players who is posted up for tonights game at the 10.6k H2H level. I mention this because it is important later.

I have suspected Moklovin and SRN of colluding against me in 3 man games on Fanduel for a few weeks. You might ask how would you collude?

In high stakes cash games on Fanduel there is a ton of lineup overlap. If you were to play a 3 man and make sure you never match it is a huge advantage versus the 3rd player. The chances of me matching one of their 2 lineups is about 80% tonight i would say.

They never match. Have never seen it, which is impossible. I match one of them or Cicma constantly. Just not possible to never match in a 3man.

As soon as I join any high stakes contest with 1 of them the other one immediatly joins. Within 5 minutes usually. I know what your thinking. Worm33 just a fish, they are licking their chops to get in there vs him.

But I currently have 18k in h2h posted. If worm33 such a fish, why wouldnt they take those? If you were a big winning player what would you rather play against? Fish h2h or fish in a 3man versus another winning player?

Has anyone else who might play these games suspect anything foul here? Maybe at least this post will scare them into stopping.

    Thanks,
    Worm33

    Tonights game even more proof.

Shortly after I posted this SRN must have been alerted and scooped my 18k in H2h…this means nothing to me almost an admission of guilt more then anything since they know how it looks when they join me in 3 man and not h2h. Of course we had same lineup (as mentioned before so much overlap).

I have about 5k in 3 man action vs SRN and Mok where we are the 3 players. SRN has the same lineup he played against me in h2h. Mok of course played different lineup then SRN in these 3 mans where he is involved with SRN.

And of course, when I search other Mok lineups where he is not involved with SRN he has the same exact lineup as SRN has in 3 mans and h2h. Just blatant cheating.

H2H is boxing without the judges.

If you are the man, you are the man.

  • FuzzyOzzy

Is there no rake at that level in H2H? Seems foolish to me to join a H2H knowing the guy will have the same lineup to just contribute the rake. What am I missing to this story?

  • strassnerte

First of all, I do think it is pretty obvious collusion that is paying off to them in the long run because it forces you to use sub optimal lineups to make sure you are not matched by one of them. The sites will do nothing about it though as has been proven with other situations.
Secondly, any time I have a matching h2h lineup I just contact FD support and they give a rake refund. I’m not sure if they would do it automatically or only do it because I submit a ticket.

  • emnj69

not the answer you want but knowing that just do one on one head to heads and not do 3 man – people try to game the system all of the time especially since the payout is usually greater than the penalty-not just in daily but in life

  • emnj69

is there a way you can block members from your contests?

  • castaway1

I think you’ve summed it up pretty well—-there almost certainly is collusion against you and there almost certainly will be nothing done about it.

  • wolfjb1

There is no chance FD will do anything about it. Unless you are willing to keep flushing money, you’ll have to find another way to entertain yourself. Like start playing doubles ups.

Anyone see a problem with this screenshot? For the record, these two new additions constantly have the same lineup in every sport I see them in. Surely they gave out this lineup in the Big 4 package or whatever they peddle here. Right?

The sites have shown they really dont care about collusion so now that you know its happening do your best to avoid it.

Any issues and possible evidence of collusion going on with players at any DFS site, should be forwarded to your State Attorney General.First, contact the DFS site and forward them a notice that you are contacting the Attorney General,if you feel a site is not abiding by their rules on collusion after you point it out to them.If you can get others who feel the same way and can back this up with proof, this makes your case much better.
In order for a DFS site to offer services in a state, there are integrity rules they are supposed to follow.

P.S.Just a note,I think 3-4 years ago,Moklovin was accused of some wrongdoing on Yahoo DFS and it was found to be untrue.

my .02 on this was after one of their 458 outages (sarcasm) of 2020 – I hit them in the wallet and got everything back. The price to pay was feeling OK about them suspending my account. The company is trash and its a joke they are still in business this year with how bad their product and service has been. This stuff is the cherry on top.

  • internetfamous

They do the same thing on DK, neither site cares honestly my man.

No, it’s been shown repeatedly. I tracked the little collusion mafia on both DK and Yahoo and documented undeniable proof on large slates, as they attacked single entries to gain advantages with the exact same lineups and to run huge trains. On occasion they would differentiate a piece or two to get the full player pool and act like it was an MME via their multiple lineups but still single-entry.

Everyone here is correct. The sites don’t give a rat’s ass about collusion. You can choose to play, and if you do play, then you can choose which contests you enter. At least DK, to their credit, has limited the sharks (big spenders) in how many
under-$5 contests they can join. But on Yahoo for example, you have to avoid the $1 10- and 20-man contests. You’ll get 4-8 colluders in each one.

  • SkateFiend

Stop playing cash games at FD and move to the snake drafts. The 3 player contest is essentially a triple up, and you are guaranteed a unique lineup. Duplicate lineups are out of the picture.

Collusion is meaningless in a 3 player contest since if someone punts, you get as much advantage as the other colluder.

Snake draft is actually a perfect way for draft cash game contests. Unfortunately most sites won’t do it. They need the 100 plus player contests to make money.

Bumping based off of rcdaut and chadsch23 twitter threads. Have to keep the ball rolling here only way to stop these scumbags

  • worm33

And Hoop2410 as well saying they cheated on his twitter

  • DaledosetDK

Dude literally cheats on DK. It’s so damn annoying. Like even in the triple ups. He’s in every contest with chipotleaddict and 5 others. They’re is literally 8 of them as we speak winning every triple up entered in every $1 all the way up to $1,000 Moklovin has a million lineups generated and picks out of it

There are a lot of beards in the high stakes cash games: literally the same person on two (or more) accounts, one in the name of a cohort. The beard may be actively participating or may just lend his or her machine and location to the cloner, in return for a cut of the profits.

It’s hard to be sympathetic, if you suspect that they’re colluding against you, and you keep losing to them anyway. Most of the high-rollers know this is going on and will only play H2H, or cash games with more entrants.
