About to hop on a flight, so this is going to be a quickie. Looks a lot better than yesterday:
WASH @ PHI – An isolated shower possible, not heavy enough for impact. GREEN.
CIN @ NYM – Similar to Philly, I think the chance of seeing impact here is low. GREEN (hint of yellow).
ATL @ PIT – Higher coverage of rain in PIT, but again it doesn’t look like anything too heavy. Without being on the ground in PIT, I can’t quite say if it’s heavy enough to delay a game over, it’s possible, but I doubt it. GREEN / YELLOW.
CHC @ STL – Scattered t-storms here. Way too early to know exact timing here, but it does look like weather and baseball will be fighting for the same time-slot. ORANGE / YELLOW. I’ll update this one before my 6PM bed time.
CWS @ DET – 15mph sustained wind blowing out to right center, with gusts as high as 25. This is a definite bump up for hitters.
CLE @ BAL – 18mph winds blowing out to right. Bump to lefty hitters.
That’s all for today, but before I hop on my plane, I have to give a BIG shoutout to RotoGrinders. I’ve been in Nashville meeting with the team, working on a new comprehensive weather page, and I can’t say enough good things about the company and the people who work here. 100% class all around, thank you for everything.
