Daily fantasy Tennis is just like Nascar contests. You never know when a player is going to crash out and wreck your whole line up. But you know its going to happen….

  • sportsnut11

I also see they fucked up the Kudla match. He won 19 games and lost 11. These fucks have it at 17 games won and 12 lost. Fix this shit.

How the fuck can I 6-0 in the late slate and still not cash haha. WTF is that.

You aren’t the only one. When the cash line in a $1 contest is 422, you know pricing was a little light. And that was only a $1.50 cash, at a little under 30% of the field.

Well, maybe that was the cash line. Corrections still seem to be coming in.

So the guy quits and I get screwed.

Exactly and they award Ferrer the set haha WTF is that shit. He didn’t win the set. They also fucked up the Kudla match. Get ur fucking shit together. Pretty much just said that to DK. Wouldn’t be shocked if they kick me out haha.

lol. im watching youtube videos of jenson brooksbys usta highlights

lol now that would be an upset! but after halep who knows! tennis is the hardest i’ve found so far but some may disagree. the problem is it’s a niche sport like nascar or hockey so the die hards that wanna play know their shit. probably still an edge to be had in tennis if you have all day to devote to simulations but i would guess 90% of us are throwing darts.

So the guy can quit while leading and get credit for winning the set? Wow! Just wow!

It is a hard sport to handicap and making correct 6 predictions, getting the DK scoring is right and leveraging the field with ownership makes it even harder. I play one or two LU’s, if I manage to score 400 plus then i am fine with that. Doubt DFS tennis will last for long, it has too many flaws.

    Note for tomorrow;
Garcia-Lopez is a late withdrawal from the US Open. Bemelmans comes in as a lucky loser.

  • depalma13

Why would scoring say the bonus reflects the win score plus the bonus? Wouldn’t be easier to just call a bonus a bonus and leave it at that?

  • LegiaWwa

I only play the $1 tourneys, but managed to win 7 $10 tickets for today. I did so bad yesterday, I’m due today, right? One time…

Agreed, I was more watching to figure out if i should play Millman or not. Guy he is playing is only 17, score could easily be 6-1, 6-1, 6-0 or something…

  • Cal_Naughton_Jr

Whos rostering Buzarnescu today I just can’t see myself doing it to worried about that injury but the price is right

  • BigDawg2323

Anyone going with Stosur over Woz? With Woz battling an injury, I can see Stosur possibly pulling this one out and at her price, it allows you fill in several of the top dogs today.

Last year’s 18s wildcard played a qualifier; he lost in three sets but it was competitive (4-6 6-7 1-6).

Two years ago it was Mmoh who lost to Chardy 6-4 6-4 6-1.

Three years ago it was Tiafoe. He had to play a seed (Troicki) and lost 7-5 6-4 6-3.

Going back six years, it was Novikov and he beat Jerzy Janowicz in the first round. Before that it was Jack Sock, twice—he took a set the first time and made the second round the next year.

So he’s a good player. Straight sets? Probably. Bagels? That’s not what’s happened in the past—the junior WC has only lost two 6-0 sets in the last decade and one of those was to Tsonga in his prime. Millman’s not Tsonga.

  • hokie2009

stosur over woz, as far as upsets go (note the winner yesterday didn’t have the upset over halep, but that was still the most +EV play I bet just nobody put that with a 6/6) … def like stosur over woz as one of the more playable upsets!

  • Yeoman

I have 6600 to play with—who do people like in that price range? Feels like Ebden has a decent chance to win; he also might toss in 15 double faults and ruin a lineup.

If anyone has tomorrow’s Gavrilova please post it here ______________.
    Thanks in advance.

If Collins plays like she has the past three weeks, that would be Sabalenka.

I like a few under that price point…Petkovic, Benneteau, Flipkens

Yes, those plus Ebden are the ones I’ve been flipping through. I started on Petkovic but then made some changes at the top and have more salary to spend.

Massey has Benneteau as a 76% favorite on a hard court. That may be where I settle.

Its true, and I appreciate all of the stats from the previous 18s WC entrants, This kid should be pumped up in front of a somewhat home crowd. I just have that fear Millman even though he is not great, just over powers him. We’ll see.

I just can’t do it. Taking shots with Blinkova and Townsend instead.

I like the Townsend pick someone already mentioned it in the thread but Anismova is so hit or miss she is still young

Are you sure Munar will get points? On DK he’s still showing as playing his old opponent, so will DK count that under their withdrawal rules?

I looked at that and wondered if it was even a downgrade. The only reason I can think of for Munar’s price is that they knew Garcia-Lopez was impaired.

It’ll take them a while to get the scoring page corrected, it always does. But he’ll get his points.
