So I’ve been playing dfs for about two years now. Started with just football until the last 5 months. Played some nba and went up and down and basically broke even. Stuck to cash for the most part and just couldn’t make much progress.

Decided to switch to gpp only to learn mlb. I have never been a big multi entree guy, but decided to give it a shot with strong on dk. Came up with a 12 line up strategy for baseball. I am no advance stat guy, but I seem to have a knack for taking info given and Turing it into something. I use the incentive info and some of the free info here to make about 90 percent of my decisions. Last night I took down 1st, 3rd and 5th in the knuckleball on dk. It was my first big gpp win. This came less than a week after a 2nd in the mini moonshot.

After nba, my dk bankroll was right around 60. I started in the quarter arcade and worked up. I am just under 2k now and feel I have a decent system that works into my time constraints.

I know there will be some downs with the ups….but after treading water for some time, signing up for dk through here and learning from the best minds in the business has been a great ride the last 5 months and I think it’s just the start.

Thanks to all the contributors on the site along with all the members here. Couldn’t have got here without finding this site.

    It’s Miller Time!

Fantastic work, these are the under-told stories that we need to celebrate more. Excellent dedication and discipline!

Your story is inspiring as I’m using the quarter arcades to learn too, as it allows me to use multiple lineups for the price of a quarter pounder. :-). Sometimes I do $1 50/50s and then I try one lineup in the Sharpshooter and/or Moonshot. (One night I did 4 lineups in Sharpshooter and lost all and didn’t like losing $12, so it’s just one for me now).

I’ve been excited by a couple $25 win nights that have basically made me break even, but I know if I keep “grinding” I’ll get there.

Just stick to bankroll mgmt. It was frustrating for me to spend all the time I do to bet 5 and win 12….but it slowly grows the br. Eventually you will hit and you can go to the $1 GPP…. Then the $2….and so on. Kinda the carrot out there for me, keep growing and up what I can play.

Very well done. Just make sure to maintain that conservative BR mgmt yourself. Easy to play a little fast and loose when it suddenly has an extra zero on it.

    Nicely done sir!
