True, but most players playing in the Masters skipped that tourney as most players don’t like playing the week before a major.

it wasn’t exactly a weak field at a birdiefest.

I won’t be on him as an SE player, but his performance last week shouldn’t be discounted.

Matsuyama is a 100% fade for me this week. It’s really the only thing I’m nervous about. I usually don’t full fade chalk like this but I just like Bubba, Finau and Day so much that I left Mats out entirely.

My pool above $8k is as tight as I can remember it being.

Winner: Finau breaks through and wins by 1 over Rory
    Fade: Bryson and Hideki
    Sleeper: Victor Perez

Best week of the year, GL guys!

And here I thought conners would go under the radar. Im still going to play him.

I always fade Mats. It’s worked well for the last few years because he hasn’t won anything.

Edit: I just realized I have the opposite relationship with Spieth and he hasn’t won either. Might need to tinker my lineups.

Saw them talking about Brooks and his knee on Golf Channel and they said Augusta will be a test for him – probably the 2nd or 3rd toughest walk all year on Tour (in the US). Almost every shot you hit (other than tee shots) will be sidehill, uphill or downhill – this can put much more stress on your knees than at any other course.

This week will show how healed his knee is

I’m sure Brooks knows about the physical test of the golf course. I see any negative view of a golfer by the media as a sign that they just don’t like the guy, no other reason. Never listen to national media coverage, they are always trying to mislead you. Overhype is real. They love to pick and choose storylines like Bryson and run with it to get people interested.
