What was wrong with JT? If you had JT, you were far more likely to have Keith Mitchell lol.

I had cashed 4 straight weeks but this tournament put an end to it… and I only missed the cash line by 3 points. On to the next one

  • BIF

On to Orlando and Bay Hill; not going to play a lot of action this week as this is a little bit of a smaller field event (120) as it is an invitational. With the normal cut rule of 70 & ties making it to the weekend, the 6/6% has a good chance to be high (15+%) as at least 60% of the field will make the cut.

Think I’ll just throw a bunch of bullets at the $5 this week and skip the higher dollar entries and wait for the carnage at the full field Players Championships the following week.

20% last year and 28% the year before for 6/6.

Edit…Ly eight players owned over 20% including two over 30%. Woods 36% and Fleetwood 33%.

Yup – Reason #642 why I hate any tourney under 144 players besides the Masters which is more because of tradition and the golf course than DFS

Have not heard anything about but DJ has moved back to #1 player.

Yah DJ passed Rose by about a hundredth of a point with both not playing – funny how the math works sometimes.

Bjerregaard moved up to #50 as well bumping Reavie out of a possible Masters invite

Now just 2 guys to be added in Top 50 – Lowry and Putnam plus Mitchel gets a spot after win today so if deadline was today, we’d be at 86 with Ben An and Reavie just on outside.

Saw that, also noticed Spieth gained a spot without playing. If he doesn’t get it going he is going to drop like a rock as his better performances from 2017 fall off the board and he has to rely on last year performances which were not stellar.

I hope Westwood has some tourneys left to play before the Masters as I would like to see him get in, at 60 currently. I also think we will see a healthy dose of Berger the next couple weeks as he tries to get in. The majority off the players hanging on the outside between 51-70 are not good course fits for Augusta.

I’m new to fanduel. I’ve always been a huge fan of the masters, I’ve been on this kick collecting the masters pga mega eagle $15 dollar tickets.
Does anyone know if there’s anywhere to see how many entries that contest will hold. Prize purse etc.
Up to 35 tickets, planning on spending four days like I do every year veggied out watiching the beauty on tv. I hoping to hear some Tiger roars, take me back to my childhood. Maybe this year by Sunday I’ll have some lineups to bite my nails over.

I often see people on here ask the question can you win a tournament with a 5/6 or a 4/6. Well here is my experience from this weeks Euro tournament in Oman. I entered the 1/4 jukebox and the 1/4 satties for the $10 Players tournament.

I did a star and scrubs lineup ( Luiten, Pieters, Jamieson, Kieffer, J B Hansen and I didn’t bother turning up Beef Johnston). So I’m now playing with only 5 players the whole tournament. Anyway I manage to finish 16th in the 1/4 and win a $10 ticket. The 5 players finished T2,T6,T6,T9 and T12 and Mr Beef Johnston contributed nil point. Thank you Beef your now on my don’t play in the future list lol. So there you go a 5 man team can still do well in my experience.

Went 5/6 again this week with a single lineup approach. Slowly but surely figuring out golf DFS. Doubled my entry getting just inside the cash line.

    Off to Bay Hill…

A 5/6 can definitely still do well and get a good cash as my best day last year was a $12 into $100 cash with a 5/6. Where 6/6 becomes important is you won’t see them win low dollar huge entry GPP’s. So you can still have a solid week with the right 4 or 5 but you do cap your potential outcomes somewhat as to hit the lifechanging first place money a 6/6 is almost a must. It really just all depends on your perspective and what your looking to get out of the week on how important 6/6 is.

What a week. Two H2H wins and nothing else, 1 was in beat the forum. Time for a rebound week!

  • cjousma

In the Euro – I went to bed Saturday night with $40 on $6 worth of entries. Woke up and finished with $8. Doh. Gaganjeet crushed me shooting a +6 and dropping from 4th to 27th place.

PGA – I had a good lineup except that it was in the Quarter Jukebox and Schenk and Anirban sucked it up in the final round. Overall I lost $2 this week. Highlight of the week was beating kp3205s in a H2H. :)

Someone has a slightly bigger bankroll than me.

Betting $10,000 on Tiger to win the Masters.

Remember this, from about 1 month ago.

    What can I say ?

    I’m impressed.
