    Sponsors Exemption – Chase Koepka

    thanks,

I do get the distinction, I just group all the players alternates and sponsor exemptions together, and get the salaries when DK does the late update.

like the played the course 40 times in the last month comment.

I will pass on Chase. Kelly Kraft on the other hand, I might have tossed in, in place of my lotto substitutions of Hickok

smallish snake drafts are good right now.. 6- person usually has at least one auto-pick to take Berger and Woodland, and it feels like some really good players are getting picked behind bigger names e.g. Fowler..

Ya…Niemann and Henley are out of control. I can’t get to 30+ percent of them because Niemann isn’t exactly a great fit and Henley…chalky Henley at 9800 doesn’t feel like the piece you will absolutely have to have. I may actually move to Westwood a bit, he is a fish play but he is in such good form and great at this course. Maybe he can get him a victory now that the field is taking the week off.

My brain literally cannot process “chalky”, “Henley” and “9800” all at once in the same sentence

    now he is 👍

Squid, are you even going to recognize your Pats this year ?

I see they are going with the Double-TE of Jonnu and Henry to rekindle memories of Gronk and Hernandez ?

    waiting on the QB 😂

Hearing so many good things about Snake draft, I pick 5 guys I like… then I run out of time on my last pick and it autopicks Berger.

His father was a volunteer here for many years so Chase is up with the in crowd. Still doesn’t mean he’s a good golfer and most people won’t have the need to dumpster dive at $6100 to make a lineup that they’re happy with.
I need to call O’Shea’s in West Palm and see if Lowry showed up.
Good luck this week, it feels like a tournament that on Sunday my wife will be asking “Who is that guy?” again and again.

Yah the Henry signing stunned me – I’m a Jonnu fan and have had him in season long fantasy for a couple years and I can see having a couple pass catching options at TE makes sense but you don’t need to spend that much on them. The Bucs have a lot of cash tied up in TEs too. It saved us last year though with OJ Howard going down for the season in camp it was great having Gronk and Brate there as well.

From a fantasy aspect, Jonnu reminds me a lot of Howard. All hype without production to match it. If the offense needy Titans really liked him they would have signed him. Henry on the other hand is a proven commodity at still a young age.

Brandon Wu question now that the field is even softer. Is he one of the Korn Ferry guys screwed by the pandemic as he has not been able to graduate to the Tour? And if so what would a win do for him here?

  • lfn1992

Six guys passed over Mac Hughes… LOL

I have followed him a little. when he played the euro tour and when he played the partners with his brother, along with the few times he played PGA. I developed a theory way back and I am sticking to it. When Brooks is around, Chase is a good dumpster dive, and when he is not. Forget Chase. LOL i believe they played an event where Chase made the cut and Brooks didnt (3M open 2020).

What makes this interesting vs normal DFS is that everyone gets a different person.
yup it sucks to get the zero all 4 days, but a bunch of carnage, and the MC pile up. your not far behind and easily catch up with good selections.

I saw you too jcotdl. the first 6 man we played, I almost got all my picks.
Scott first out of the gate?

You just did me dirty in a snake and took all my guys right before me. Nice drafting haha.

Just entered one after I saw your post. Sure enough one guy on auto-draft got both Berger and Woodland

I’ve been playing dfs for about 3 years now and golf is by and far my favorite. Haven’t been a premium member since they jacked the price up from the core of 39 to 99. However, was curious what they had to say on dfs this week so I bought a week pass. No where near the picks I was thinking. How often do you guys go off the recommendations? This week more than most really just seems like a crap shoot

  • Shaver933

Should snake draft discussion get its own thread? Sort of taking over at this point and not of much value to me.

  • jcotdl

been fun doing the snakes for a buck this afternoon.. found a nice little niche in the 6-man with the auto drafters and also the mickleson/ ZJ fans.. saw a few of you and i wish you all the best!! just really seemed like a lot of people made ‘questionable’ picks in the late rounds, and i have really liked my LU’s..

Ive been scoping 1 draft at a time, mostly $1, but I had to take a crack at you. 1 of the earlier rds you took mine but I have the first 40 slots in my mind, then I adjust. 6 person I can get my perfect LU. 12 is interesting, depending on where you pick. 3 person is lottery scratch ticket.

Hey Brian VT, Lowrey on #2 overall…by your next pick, I think you were in trouble…:) cmon guys lets play $1. This is the 4th week ive played and now am getting use to the full site.

Let’s be honest…this is the type of tourney that TPJ takes down.

Ok, newbie question about this snake draft. I’ve looked and google searched and cannot find where it is to find a snake draft contest. Point me in the right direction.

Damn man thanks squid! Had myself a good laugh at that one.

As for golf no idea what to do still! Might go light classic and heavier SD with the weather draw (which always go south for me b/c I suck at picking).

Well I might just have to get in on the snake drafts this week. Have had varied success with them so far. Have found there are really “good” players and very terrible. Then the middle (in a 12 man) seem fight for 2-5.
