Not a chance. The round only started a half-hour earlier than yesterday. There will be guys barely through nine holes when they call it.

    much appreciated

They’re probably not going to finish Round 3 tomorrow either.

with 60-75 players, threesomes playing split tees. I think they will

    Seamus Power hates my money.

    How bout that eagle, though!

Haha, he’s crushing me, too. Needs to see quite a few go down in round 2.

Currently watching the Maverick giving my lineups the middle finger

Failing to make birdie on 8 wasn’t good, but he did get it back to +1.

How many people thought they’d be sweating Aaron Wise today?

P.S. Almost made a 22-footer for the streak. I can see clearly now…it wasn’t the weather, I just didn’t complain at my players enough.

    just an offhand comment

I have kept watch on events that have both Koepka’s and pretty much, Chase does better. At 6000 the minimum, I am taking a couple.

well this isnt working out to good.

glad it was only a few.

I’m assuming you can’t start Round 3 until the second round is fully complete, because the post-cut field isn’t set until the round ends. That could push the tee times back enough to miss the darkness deadline.

If the first group of Round 3 tees off at 10 am local and more than 72 make the cut, they won’t make it.

Last week the cream rose to the top of the leaderboard. This week the turds are rising to the top of the commode.

Rosey Palmer to 10 feet. Can’t wait to see which side he misses it on.

    Aaron Wise putting today:

Luke List losing a stroke putting but in contention is what I love to see. Just need the putter to get a little hot for some payoff.

He’s actually had way more positive strokes gained putting rounds this past year than in the past – it got him a fair number of Top 10’s so there is hope.

    Signed,
A hopeful Luke List owner in a season long pool

Anybody able to say they played Martin Trainer this week? Or even in a contest where he is owned? I didn’t playing anything larger than a 3,567 total entries SE and he’s unsurprisingly 0.0% in it.

  • RudyPujols

Scottie to 4 ft for a streak into T12. He’s only been about 50/50 from that length, though, so tempering expectations.

Gonna need Scottie to go 80/60 to make this cut it appears. If anyone could…

    Good call!

Wyndham Clark under par today and T4 through 15. 10% fairways. Lord he was born a scramblin’ man.

Luke List “290 yards to Bush”

Double bogies on his first 9 will probably to cost Lowry the weekend. And I thought of him and Leishman as a coin flip.

So Martin Trainer and Kevin Tway now have a 3 shot lead on the field. OK, I’m there.

  • RudyPujols

Palmer to 7 feet. He is 0-4 on the day from 7-12 feet. I’d clear out my entire HELOC and live bet a miss here at even odds if I could.

Edit: He missed. And now I’d be paying back off the HELOC and have my kids college paid for.

impressive double bogey from Cam Smith!

It actually kind of was. Two water balls, lucky not to have been a trip.

Looks like Palmer is going to finish the week 1/10 from 7-12 feet. 2/10 and he’s got a shot to play the weekend. 3/10 and he is a lock. What a turd.

Edit: Palmer!!! 21 footer on his last hole to give my single bullet with Leish, Wyndham, and Scottie a possible sweat.

  • Avsrick

any chance at +2? asking for an ex-friend named Lowry.

Data Golf says 2.1%. Gonna be cold tomorrow morning but not supposed to be windy enough to give +2 a realistic shot I don’t believe. They have Even at about 25%.

i’ll be sweating Palmer +1 as well. Tilting day for shot tracking!

At least cam is safe, should be a solid 5/6
for me maybe 6/6 if it stays +1 😎

*assuming mito and leish hang on
