i have a bit more woodland than most, stlcards and some of the touts were on him this week. dirt cheap and a risk but yea he and ollie were probably a coinflip on recent form. i am sticking with him for 2 or 3 of my 6 showdowns tomorrow. i forgot what is the pressure putt like $333?

Yea it’s that or 400 or 444. I hope I actually cash that 6/6 because the 6/6 is sky high in that tourney. Since I have Stanley I’m cashing but if Stanley drops a ton, might not even min cash that team. I wish I chose Woodland. He’s got so many FPs for birdies already that can’t be lost even if he drops a few places.

I got completely wrecked in cash games because of Spieth but have a few good GPP teams to try to make it back.

Wow I just read From page 45 to this page and literally every player talk was hadwin hadley leishman speith and maybe a couple more but badicslly mostly all about them….not 1 person posted anything about stenson/Adam Scott finishing extremely strong scott even through 9 finishes -6 Henson -3 through 9 finishes -7 and not 1 post or excitement in here about them when they were half way through dead rounds!!!

i clicked your profile, your nhl record is pretty insane the last few years, 10 big gpp wins. if you don;t mind me asking, are you a max entry guy, any specific start angles? (like start with goalie or stacks). so is golf your next best fave or ?)

Stars, stars, and stars for Showdown with Si Woo and Kang. All or nothing!!!

I’m assuming for Showdown tomorrow DJ will be the highest owned stud. I’ll be shocked if another player above 9k is higher owned. I know Tiger was insanely popular this week but DJs price dropped.

What are the chances one of the current leader wins? Under 10%?

If Stanley can keep his putter going the rest of his game is strong for this course. This is also total confirmation Niemann is the real deal. First timers generally suck here but he clearly has a shot at it.

This is a great stat: ‘Since 1996, only five winners have been outside the top-four places at halfway.’ So 8 players with a really, really good chance of nailing it. People can come from off the pace but no one has managed it from further than 7 shots back at halfway.

  • superstars92

Wow I knew JT and Tiger would be kinda chalky at 9k+, but I’m shocked they are both higher owned than DJ. DJ isn’t too shabby at like 24%, but JT and Tiger are actually higher. Maybe it’s the extra 500-600 dollars in savings?

here are forum people that played and # of LU

Tim, isn’t that Noles guy that’s at the top also RG? Seem to have seen a similar name here, but not exactly the same. Not sure. I think he popped in here one week because he won a pressure putt or something

  • LarryBikes

Does anyone know where I can find strokes gained info. that is current through round two? Does Fantasy National update its stats at the end of each day? Thanks.

Nope, never seen him, except maybe you are talking about SamENole? Won 1 million once. Not sure what’s he’s done afterwards.

I must’ve missed the memo on Marc Leishman. I have 0% of him in the regular 4 day GPPs, but he’s one of the highest owned golfers. Then he makes the cut right on the number, and despite that, he’s one of the highest owned golfers in the R3 Showdown. In fact, he may be top 7 or so in ownership despite making the cut on the number. Then again, I had Jordan Spieth, so Leishman will probably shoot a 65 today.

  • hillfamily5

How many golfers get cut after today? Thanks

The cut rule goes back to Top 70 (and ties), so anywhere from 0 to 11 golfers will be gone.

It’s still Top 70 and ties advancing to Round 4. So anyone 71st or worse after Round 3 is an MDF.

    Appreciate that fellas

The live predictive model (never known to lie) says 12.94% for Stanley and 10.20% for Niemann.

  • superstars92

My guess is around 8ish golfers or so will MDF today. Scoring looks not as easy as yesterday so far today (but probably because the weaker golfers are teeing off first rather than due to any other condition), so if you want a non-MDF player, you probably want him at -2 to be safe.

However, if your golfer is gonna MDF, he wasn’t gonna put up meaningful FPs anyways. There’s a chance of some these R3 MDF guys are gonna score like 10-12 more FPs than R2 MC guys and that’s a small difference.

  • superstars92

Rory might just have shut all non-Rory owners from winning 1st in Showdown. Only like 20% owned too.

  • goleafsgo14

my signle bullet in the drive the green is in 100th with an cantlay rori mc nieman rori sab and tiger also in 16th in the 12 dollar se , good luck to ev1 else in contetion

  • TheRyanFlaherty

Hey Leishman (and other guys hanging around the cut line) please get and stay under…please and thank you.
