Lol I hope the carnage continues this week like it did last and Kuch MC

When’s the last time Kuch even missed a cut….if you said never, I’d probably believe you lol…jokes aside, gotta be the most consistent cut maker on tour (with win equity)

Been meaning to ask for a while – does anyone else use the pgatour com leaderboard and have certain players starting FedExCup rank highlighted in blue for what appears to say WR Top 10, which i presume to mean top 10 in the OWGR. However, Gary Woodland and Matt Kuchar are both designated as such this week. What am i missing?

WR stands for Wyndham Rewards Top 10 in the FedEx Cup rankings.

Can someone tell me when Fitzpatrick forgot how to putt? Like come on my man, that is your strength

  • lfn1992

LOL, all that angst at 1AM last night whether to play less Uihlein and more Cam Smith, wasted time

Seems to me Kuchar, Scott, and Hideki are all already having issues putting. Those 3 are massive chalk.

    Yep, thru 1 hole

I fell for Cam Smith as well, hard not to like the talent at that $7k price, but he hasn’t been right since the first few events this year.

He cost me a big payday one day at a major last year but he’s close to made up for it now. Would be lying if I said I wasn’t still a little salty though!!!

    Every hole matters man.

If Hideki and Scott miss these 15 footers on 3 they are gonna be like -1 SG putting. That’s 2 strokes they are losing to the field to start. The Memorial has been decided by like playoff-3 strokes a lot of times.

I’m hoping the top 5 comes out of the Woodland-Cantlay range.

So they better make some of these 10-15 footers…

If you are expecting Hideki to be draining 13-17 footers all day you drafted the wrong guy.

  • NoLimits0

Xander quietly with a great ball striking round. Now if he could putt he would be where Spieth is. He’s also low owned relative to some of the names around him.

As I type this he drains a 17 footer on 3, you’re welcome.

He actually drains them at a decent rate for a PGA player. Where he struggles is missing those under 5 footers. I’m not saying he had to make those 2 but those are 2 easy birdie holes to start. (I know the chances are under 50%). But what I’m saying is if ever wanna win they have to make these type of putts.

Fowler and Day already made a birdie to start. Need these 3 to follow.

Also Scott is a cheater and should stop using that awful putter anyway.

  • someclevername

Oosty with an opening bogey but he’s on the course so I consider it a win.

  • NoLimits0

Right on cue Hideki makes it. I just like to overreact so I can reverse jinx them. But I’m actually expecting Hideki to like possibly win this so it’s a big deal he makes these 10-20 footers.

Scott already has lost -1 SG through 3 holes. He also needs to make these type of putts to contend.

Alright back to no overreaction time but what I would hate to see is Scott constantly getting to like 10-20 feet and making par. That’s terrible for fantasy.

so you’re saying mats lost the tourney by going par par to open his 72 holes?

I have a few quiet shares of him this week, but unfortunately looks like maybe not enough shares…

Kind of wish Shot Tracker would tell you the club they’re using for each swing. Maybe that’s asking a lot.

Yea, I could only stomach 5% this week. Sneak him in on a few good ones, though, and that’s all you need!

Possibly yes…these tourneys come down to 1-2 strokes so if you are hoping someone wins every putt especially from 10-20 counts.

Analysis shows the highest stat that corresponds to winning is SG putting (per tourney). Just take a look at the current leaders and their SG putting. I bet all are also top of SG putting (but maybe not SG OTT or some other category). And you get a high SG putting by usually making a ton of 10-30 footers. I bet all recent winners were elite at SG putting in their tournament.

Not saying 2 missed putts will cost somebody, but it can if you are looking to win.

You guys are also taking me too seriously. I was also overreacting on purpose just to put a reverse jinx in but what I’m saying above isn’t necessary false. You drive for show putt for dough like they say.

I have never in my years of DFS has so many people have to re-tee in one round.
