Dufner just missing eagle and then sliding bird just by again the next hole will likely killed my chances of the Top 5-10

Cauley double on 16 buried me – gonna be 30th to 50th most likely

  • BIF

Dufner doubles 18 at Wells Fargo on Sunday to blow a 2nd or 3rd place finish and now does the same thing here (double on 18) to blow a Top 5 and finish 9th or 10th

    Yes.

30 holes ago, KH Lee was -13 and had 3 shot lead – he just put the wrapping on a final round 79 to finish -2 and T37 for the tourney

    +11 the last 30 holes !!!

This is the biggest collapse I can remember in recent years from a guy leading the tournament by multiple shots on a Saturday.

What a gut punch this week. $100 in $3.60 out. Had a 6/6 in the $3 Birdie that didn’t even cash. Definitely going to be playing smaller next week with the US Open the following week.

How did a 6/6 not cash? I min cashed on FD and DK with a 4/6 and a 5/6.

I was stunned to learn I got another $33 FGWC ticket in Round 4 Showdown! Boy did that bail out my horrible week.

Happens to me all of the time. That is one PGA Achievement I excel at.

I think the Duff Double is what did it!

  • Kp24

    4/6
    Cantlay
    Kisner
    Moore
    Grillo
    Kuchar MC
    Ch3 MC

In for 6.9k out for 20k
Cashing 2nd in the thunderdome with a 4/6 tells you how wild the high stakes can be. Saved my butt really

How many times have you hit the 6/6 wd? I hear you get mega crowns for that.

  • starstx

I had some bad 6/6 lineups. 4 20% owned guys finished strong in total points. I ended up breaking even plus 4 satty tickets. I had six 6/6 lineups and ended with a mediocre finish.

Been on such a bad streak in 4 day. Luckily I have won my entry fees back in showdown the past few weeks to save me. It sucks too cause I’m picking the right scrubs but not the right studs.

DJ won’t let me down next week.. Right???

    Grats to all winners!

Lets get some chatter going about the course and what type of hitters we should be targeting instead of just who we are playing!

Im freaking pumped. I love dfs golf. I love thinking about whose fat face im gonna roster and then have to look at his big stupid fat face all week screwing up my best lineup.

Speaking of which is Jason the Duff Ryder (what?) the Duff Ryder (who?) playing this week?

Anybody ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?

Stop the press. Who is that?

    Vicki Vale .

    Just kidding. Its Denny.
    Dennnnny..
    Dennyyyy.
    Denny & the Jets !

    Batdance!
    Batdance!
    Batdance!

Yikes I nailed Jason dufner on the first post… yet didny play him. Sometimes the alcohol helps sometimes it hurts

Dang the Hideki Xander Scott core was good but not as good if you had Cantlay in there instead.

Did Notorious win the Club Twirl or Pressure Putt? Saw some post about it. That’s pretty sick if he did

  • hautalak

Well round 4 showdown saved me this week! I’m up for the forum challenge next well. It’ll be mostly $1 so sorry if you like higher.

Congrats winners! Good luck next week.

Nice job man. Yea the higher stakes are wild because it really doesn’t take any thing “special” to do well against a handful of people.

Like if youre used to throwing together 50 lineups every week. And you realize your 20th best one woulda min cashed in high stakes you starr to realize those guys aren’t EONS better than you at single entry.

It’s just MME that shows their true genius.

I mean you can throw together a terrific golf lineup most weeks just by hand selecting a few obvious plays and supplementing them wisely.

But in MME you really need to be able to properly evaluate EVERYONE in the field

Some of those play some stupid lineups up in the nosebleeds trying to get cute. I only play if I really like my single entry team.

I just want to thank the state of Illinois who has made sports betting legal. Woo Hoo, no more offshore account that charges a premium to deposit and a stiff fee to withdraw. Now my illegal activity is now legal and I assume cheaper and easier. Should start soon a month or 2. To take the edge off of gambling, we also will be able to get HIGH in public and carry 30 grams of pot around. What a week for a degenerate

  • sfguy21

Rough week. Kept my entriy $ small this week, but went from a 3.5x profit and 3 Milly tickets early saturday to losing 25% and no tickets. This game can be a fickle bitch.

  • dangasin

tim, why you gotta beat my tiger team so badly???? wasn’t even close!
