Sorry, I’m drunk making lineups so my sentences may be spotty lol

And tomorrow morning you’ll be saying how the hell did I go 100% on Kevin Na.

  • Ryweezycf

    Winner: Fowler
    Fade: Brooks (due to price)
Sleeper: Molinari as his ownership looks to be around 5%

Good luck FGWC guys, hope someone on here brings it home!

Ok pencils down for me – thanks for all the support for me and the other forum guys in the FGWC – by Sunday night, hopefully at least one of us cashed a big one 💰

I played a very GPP style lineup for my FGWC entry. I tried to build something that had multiple guys with proven win equity in tough fields and fill in the lineup with a couple guys who fit well here and could have some value based upside (obviously with some risk).

I’m guaranteed $2K even if I finish dead last out of 200 and unless I finish in Top 15%, I will win $2K to $5K which is not much different compared to what the top prizes are.

Now the top 15% is where the money starts to get really interesting and potentially life changing so why not take a chance and be a little different ??

As part of our FGWC ticket, we are also entered in to a $40K Showdown Survivor contest where they knock out half each day (200 start on Thur, 100 make it Friday, 50 play on Saturday and then just 25 on Sunday). Everyone who makes it to Sunday wins something – the Top 5 win a $5K trip for two to a PGA Tour event next season and the next 20 survivors get a share of $15K with declining payouts of about $2K down to $400.

After ignoring all the touts and all the gambling advice, I went with:

    Winner: Rose
    Fade: DJ
    Sleepers: Harman, Keegs

Good luck FGWC folks. Maybe avoiding my picks will help you guys get big cash.

  • Felixxberg

Thanks all for the answers. I’m not scared to tweak my lineup normally, but I had Tiger originally and kept him in all the way so I’ll just go on with it and hope the news reduce his ownership. I’m setting my alarm to 10 minutes before lock for last minute verifications.

Thanks for the FGWC support too!

I either like or am afraid of all the top salaries. I believe they all could do it. But I do have favorites and cant really disrespect anyones picks. In classic I didnt use Brooks. His salary was not worth downgrading other parts of my LU. But He is very reasonable in showdown. I look at it as hedging the full week.

Also, I played the exact same lineup in the FGWC and in the Showdown survivor.

I like palmer for this tourney. Has experience playing in strong fields and ranks out higher-mid range in my stat profile. Experience was my main focal point for choosing him as a low end option. May not win but I feel he could pull a top 20.

He has been pretty good all around but the putter has let him down. I don’t hold too much leverage on the putter because that can change tourney to tourney quickly

    Thanks

I have a question for all the FGWC guys. What was the entry fee for the contest that you won your ticket?

Just curious since you guys are at least making $2K this weekend.

    Thanks

  • BrianVT

If gates don’t open until 10, some groups will finish at least 9 holes on empty course. Could be a blessing for JT Poston
