I am seriously bummed. LMAO, just had a smoke with my room mate and she pointed out that I am one heck of a miserable F***. complaining about the stoppage of play, watching my guys bogie or par late while the guys i want to screw up get pars and birdies. To top that off I have been complaining since 7am about my Euro golf team only to go right into my PGA teams. All this and I was winning both Happy meals and for me some serious $$$‘s. up abt 600 with a bunch of satties. One of these days I might actually bring it home. Sunday sweats…. gotta love them.

I’m having flashbacks to the Players Championship.

Go fishing or something different that you enjoy. DFS is fun but shouldn’t ever take control of your life. It’s just a game with the odds stacked against you. Be well friend.

      RG Overall Ranking

    What a weird week…
    0/150 6/6

However cashed my $100 SE and 32/150
Having one finishing 220th in the big $25 really stings… what could have been… but could also have been a zero week

Congratulations Tim on winning the European and PGA Happy Meal on same weekend!

  • TheRyanFlaherty

Dang, wish I didn’t check during the delay. Dropped from 2nd to 5th in the QA weekend gpp. Also now realizing that entry would have won the $1 gpp I was in. Only difference was Hovland instead of Casey. Would have been nice to win $400 instead of 20. Ugh!

Though I’ll try to dwell on the positive and the fact I made $34 on $2 of entries that took me a couple minutes to create.

Well Done Indeed! A task that has probably never been accomplished and something extremely hard to do with the quality of players that participate each week.

    Good to see you JimK!

    RIGGED!

  • smallANDflaccid

also whoa, a JK sighting – hi JK

  • mgravity

I cashed 2 double ups with 3/6…English, Berger, Kisner ! F**k Me ! So not a total loss and won 3 double ups in showdowns so play again I guess ?

  • mgravity

I have been waiting for DJ to play like DJ, WTF ? So now what ?

  • lfn1992

About five minutes to lock on weekend golf and I was sitting there looking at taking DJ or someone else (I think maybe Scheffler). “Don’t overthink this,” I said to myself, as I clicked DJ’s name.

Thanks to that I salvaged a horrific weekend with a $100 ticket and another Milly. It was a miracle!

  • mgravity

Ok…Here is what I think DJ has been to the “crossroads” down in Clarksdale Mississippi. He has sold his soul “Because I wasn’t using it” and in return he got a hot putter and much more. If you don’t know the first famous visitor to the crossroads was also name Johnson. Bluesman Robert (Dustin) Johnson ? Inquiring minds want to know?

Off to the course myself now – should be home just in time for the main TV coverage at 2pm CT

My DFS week will not be good so I’m mostly left cheering for my season long guys who made the cut – sitting T1 with just this week and next week leftn having Cantlay, Morikawa and Finau all MC hurts so….Let’s go – Scheffler, D Lee, Kisner, Rahm, Hughes, Munoz, Conners, C Smith, Poston, Merritt, Hideki

Season long BIF? I miss my Season long boys.

😂 yup soon we’ll be hearing about season-long NFL roster decisions !

Congrats on the win the other day

Best week for me in the ~1 year I’ve been playing PGA DFS. First time I’ve ever broken the 600 pt mark. Closest I’ve come to taking down tournament (5th/4756 in a quarter jukebox). Wolff’s 77 on Saturday really hurt! Still managed to make money on 4 day contests and in showdowns. Best of all, I cashed in the Happy Meal (with a 511 pt lineup).

Can’t wait til I come crashing back to earth next week.

  • starstx

Congrats Tim … taking down both Happy Meals has to be a rare achievement. I only lost a little despite having a bunch of guys MC … I happened to have a lot of top 10 and 20 that salvaged the weekend and then a bunch of trash … not much in the middle.

  • starstx

I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that next “season” has 6 Majors

    Congrats on the good week

Yah 600 seems like a lot but most weeks nobody gets anywhere near that unless it’s a birdie-fest week.

In a couple weeks at the US Open, lineups with 300ish points will cash easily so total points needed is really dependent on the course/setup and conditions. Also it doesn’t hurt to have a DJ hang 172+ points on the board for you !!
