Morikawa’s clutch putting was some of the best I have ever seen, a bogey free round in a major, final round at that is incredible.

You guys are the best. Thanks for all the support and sharing the sweat. Finished 4th for $50k and a FGWC ticket. Great day!

Helluva ride, I know it came up short in the end but congrats on the massive score!

  • lfn1992

Waking up with Westwood at +2 meant I knew a big payday wasn’t happening. Frustrating to get so much right yet still not be in the big money.

In majors it’s not enough to have half the Top 10 in your 27 person player pool – you need like seven or eight of them, and also have the rest in the T20 to really score big.

It was a good Sweat KB. And 50 stacks is nothing to sneeze at. Good work.

  • lfn1992

Like in the MiniMax. I had one great LU which finished 67th. But was sunk with one turd performance today

    Morikawa
    Oosty
    Berger
    Harman
    Xander (who actually finished decent)
Ryan Fox (shot a 76 today)

  • Wander_Bread

Congrats KB! Still a huge day

Happy Meal was 515 pts (congrats Breeze).
516.50 pts would have been in the top 200 in the 142,000 minimax (578.50 pts top)
The top in Mayo was 518.50 pts with 5000 entries

That is interesting. My best MiniMax was 506 so not incredibly far. However I wouldn’t have entered that – I would entered my HM LU which ended at 420 (had JT instead of Morikawa)

This just in: it’s hard to win!

Yeah I love MME because it’s more fun but almost all of my big wins have been in these small field, higher buy in contests.

It’s really hard to single bullet though.

At least I can say that I won Jim K’s $1 Weekend Contest 2 weeks in a row – Spieth and Rahm carried me to victory today.

Likewise Young man, congrats on another excellent showing. LMK when I can subscribe.

  • MrBreeze

Mini Max, had 44 entries and finished in the top 100 w three lines. Best line up was 518.50 and finished 26th. Made a small profit on the 4 days, and lost that profit on SD’s for a break even week. Never a bad thing.

Also….MY FIRST HM WIN ! only took 3 years LOL
