The only question I have is what are your guys thoughts on Brandt Snedeker this week?

so far he looks like a solid play, of course I feel like I have about 50 guys I want to play this week.

  • WidumBoise

Yall targeting Euro golfers more so than American?

Bif, I sent you my milk money cash contest this week. You’re not getting my full lunch money this week.

    Thoughts on Sneds this week?

Yah I got your big dollar invite – I’ll accept it tonight when I make some lineups.

    Not sure on Sneds

I am a big Sneds fan. I think his game works well on any course. He can putt and he seems to up his game for the majors. He’s on my list of guys that I expect to win a major in his career. At his price, he’s a lock for my single bullet in the MM.

    Anyone like Charl this week?

Anyone like Lovemark to continue his solid play?

Always interesting if wind is predicted to be significantly different at different times of day, especially since there is split in the tee times, would really have to look at when each guy goes off rather than just fading a certain wave.

any guesses on chalk in the 6k range? seems like there’s so many guys that ownership will be spread

There is no split tee times
They just continually tee of #1 for 10 hours
    52 straight 3-somes every 11 minutes

I’m taking a long look at him this week. I know he didn’t play well Sunday but he’s been pretty solid for two months.

That was my point, just made a typo, meant to say no split in the tee times.

Usually you see a certain wave be very chalky when wind is predicted to be a big factor, but it will take much more thought to take advantage of this week.

For people doing mass entries I think a good strategy is to take your player pool and then group a handful of lineups with guys with bunched together tee times, that way you stand to gain a nice edge a certain time of day provides a clear advantage.

Been super aggressive lately and its resulted in a lot of birdies! Have to be aggressive and confident to do well at the open and right now he is both me like!

So many names people like to click (finau added in at 6.8k as well), it should spread out pretty well. Add in the fact that at least early in the week it seems like people are very reluctant to target that top tier of guys. You can build some great looking lineups just loading up on 4 guys in the mid 8- mid 9k range and then just 2 guys under 7k. Unlike say the masters where had dj not gotten hurt it would have been massive stars and scrubs with most lineups needing 3-4 cheap guys to fit in those studs.

I’m curious to see how chalky a foursome of Scott, Fowler, Hideki, and Stenson with 2 guys under 6.6k would be.

Where’s the Kelly Kraft fan club this week ?

  • mgravity

Not that I think Dechambeau would be a good pick…Interesting that in his last 4 tournaments he carded 79 birdies, in the previous 4 that MC he had a total of 20.

You can get Hideki, Fowler, Koepka, Scott, Kuchar and CH3 for exactly 50K. That might be the most common (non touted or purchased) lineup out there – this pricing is ridiculous !!!

Gonna be brutal if all the chalky $9K guys make it thru the cut. We’ll have a very high 6/6% and a chalk filled leaderboard where you will need to be almost perfect in nailing Top 6 of 7 fantasy scorers.

Please just tell me Danny Lee isn’t playing.

I am really thrown off by the pricing this week idk what the strategy is behind it other than a lot of people who dont regularly play will find it easier to squeeze in players they like!

  • kps3205s

Unless I missed 1 or 2, it looks like in 2015 out of the 12 that made the cut at JDC, 4 made the cut the following week at the Open. ZJ-win, Spieth- -14, Streb -8 and English at -1.

Danny Lee dropped out this week and in 2015 he played JDC, made the cut and missed the cut at the Open the next week. Interesting.

Others who MC: Gillis, C.Petersen, Harman, Moore, Kisner, Pampling and Blixt.

It feels like a Justin Rose win to me espc if he got on the right side of the draw (if that’s a thing this yr)

I have exactly one of those dudes

  • BIF

I’ll be making a couple lineups avoiding that 2nd tier of prices group entirely and pick whoever else I want – shouldn’t have to worry about duplicates on those as about 140% of ownership will be sitting on the 8500-9700 range.

  • eli87

Any good inside info on Thor Olesen, R. Ramsay, and A. Dodt?? Like what I see statistically but havent seen enough of them. Can someone who watches Euro regularly help a brotha out??
