and now sergio is back to back bogies. going to be a long 2 hours.

He played the front E yesterday too and was -3 on the easier back but yeah I wasn’t even sweating Garcia and now I’ve got to worry about him.

  • NoLimits0

Holy crap JT…alot the big names struggling. Sergio JT Dustin Rory Bryson Cantlay none of them doing anything or for some going backwards.

Oh I guess there’s Rahm who’s doing well

  • mr_papageorgio

Seriously how the eff did Cantlay double 16? I could probably make par or better 7/10 times.

  • lfn1992

JT was not the guy I pictured would be struggling on my LUs

  • Dunzor

Just saw BIF’s lineup crushing it in the big $10…hopefully Bryson can hold on and make the cut for you to give you a good sweat this weekend. Do you have that lineup anywhere else? Any other good looking ones that can fill in if Bryson misses?

wow, this cut line actually has a legit shot at moving to -3

  • Dewoc19

Was as high as 900th in the 5th Major, now not even cashing, these afternoon scores are a joke

  • Wander_Bread

Damn Hatton bogey. That hurts. Need another birdie, maybe 2, the last 4 holes as the cut is moving quickly to -3

  • astauty

so i wonder what the splits are between the back 9 and front 9? seems pretty dramatic, at least for my golfers today.

To get there everyone currently at -2 would have to improve plus a couple guys currently at -1 without a single person going the other way. I just don’t think there are enough guys on the course around the line to move it to -3.

It is about 0.6 strokes easier on the back 9 today

  • Kp24

    20 footer from Cantlay lmao
    Tease me baby

  • lfn1992

    There’s a better shot at -1 than -3 IMO

  • BIF

    @timusbr said...

I know BIF said CH at the players doesnt mean much, until it means something like Casey and Sawgrass dont mix. But you got to hand it to BIF, He is already getting excited about Sunday and we still have the cut to go.

    Go get it BIF,

True on CH here but I think of history more as something to throw out here if you’ve only played it less than a handful of times especially for the higher variance guys like those outside top 50-100 as this place increases one’s variable results. It’s a fine line between a MC and a Top 25 here so over a small sample, the data points don’t really tell a story.

For the more consistent players, those that have played here 10+ times and the top 50 players in world, I’d say CH might mean a little more. You have guys like Garcia who makes cut every year and you have guys like Phil (outside of his win), Casey, Rose and a few others that clearly don’t have any success here.

  • AshNconnor2015

-1 tied for 74th… I mean is -1 out of question?

  • astauty

big big birdie by Billy Ho- i was sweating an effing 4 footer with him today.

  • NoLimits0

There is a 0% chance the cut is going to be -3. I don’t care what cutsweats says. 0%. Nada.

That one is just in the $10 and a couple satty’s; I didn’t really play a lot of diff contests this week as I has almost 80 tickets for the $10 so mostly just played those.

I’m 50% Cantlay but I have a couple other decent lineups going right now around 295-300 points.

  • HunkerToe

Sergio with the nice bounce back

  • NoLimits0

Wtf Xander. Better birdie birdie next two.
