They just called the decision for no fans all throughout the NCAA tournament. Hoping Dunzor is thinking right and we don’t see golf get affected too soon because it is outside in a spread out space
The Ivy League just cancelled all spring sports.
sorry folks…..dont mind me…..I have posted a lot on any subject because I actually feel excitement about this week. I am doing a lot more reading on golf which I do on the internet and this page is always open.
As someone who has been to a NCAA Final Four; that is extremely disappointing – the fans make the tournament
BIF, seen on another board:
“DK is giving out $20 golf tickets? wow what’s this world coming to.”
I have 9, all came from satellites I entered. Where’s my free ticket??>
~
I want a free ticket..where are we getting these freebies?
On a side note: I need to win this damn tourney this week just had to rush my chihuahua to the animal hospital for swallowing an almond whole! She should be ok..however my bankroll isn’t.
The best part is that he was looking like an enormous bust until the 3rd period when he and his whole line got in on the magic and put me into the ticket win
If I were a hooker at the Players this week, I’d now be deeply concerned.
Yes, I will gladly take a free $20 ticket after blowing so much trying to earn them
No idea what that is about
Winner: DJ (he can find form anywhere, any day)
Fade: Rory, Morikawa (purely contrarian)
Sleeper: Too many too list, this tournament winner could absolutely come from the sub $7k range)
I think they start with the folks who typically play the most every week. BIF will probably be the first one of us to see it offered.
They need 45k more tickets to fill in the next 13 hours. That’s either 300 people max entering still tonight, or a lot more little guys at a time.
Hope the little fella will be OK. Best of luck on your bets.
Watching Lanto Griffin go around this course with Bones on golf channel makes me want to increase my shares of him. Didn’t realize he lived at Sawgrass.
Oh no DJ shaved.
Hate to see baby faced Dustin, just ain’t right
My number say this is one of the more random tournaments and I agree it’s partly because of the water. Some great players will have a few bad breaks and miss the cut. Last year it was Cantlay, Xander, Spieth, Casey, Leishman, Sungjae. I believe they all splashed at least twice. Plus a bunch of usually good golfers missed the cut: Noren, Hatton, Hadwin, Cabrera-Bello, Mickelson, Gover, Lowry, Wise, Palmer, Reavie. Kopeka barely made the cut on the number and stunk on the weekend too, splashing about once per round.
There’s an element of luck there…if you get a bad bounce, or if the wind changes, or if you just happen to be off by 1 degree at the wrong time, you get penalized harshly. With the rough, an errant shot will cost you .2 strokes (or whatever), but with water it can cost you 1-2 shots.
I am probably the last person anyone should listen to … BIF and others are probably right and I am a sucker for playing him. I think he grifted to make my pool for good cut maker and sg off the tee data mainly driving his sgt2g. His SG approach was better last year than so far this year and he has sucked putting. I probably need to tweak to factor in upside and top 10 potential, win equity more for the same reasons they mentioned … giving a bump to players that are 50/50 to make the cut but high upside to finish top 10 are better gpp picks than solid maker with much lower upside. Good advice.
I have had these nbc sports gold pass for 3 weeks and just realized Comcast has the app on my tv. No more watching on the iPad for me.
There was a sweet MKF 5/5 earlier that I felt was free money, giving JT 1.5 strokes over Rory and a bunch of other players gaining a bunch of shots that I missed out on cause I got busy at work and now I don’t like any of the bets, think I’ll just pass round 1 now
Don’t say it’s not possible
Fleetwood aced 17 today, if that means anything.
I was waiting for DK to offer something before throwing in my ticket.

Is it asking too much ?
All I want this week is for all six of my golfers in any line-up to make the cut.
Your’e never going to win big unless you have 6/6 that make the cut.
You can talk about course history, recent form, value for money, percentage ownership, leaving money on the table, unique line-ups and specific players until the cows come home.
Unreg and redo lol
