Vegas won me lots of money last year. Went crazy with that putt on the island green Sunday. Crazy.
Firing him up this week too! He’s playing well.
This was the tournament when he showed up hung over and shot a 68, is that right?
Lee Westwood is my new favorite golfer! That’s pretty amazing.
Is it going to be another shit show like last week as far as the weather and the play?
Anyone got ownership projections? Who are the highest owned? I am seeing Bryson, Hideki, Fleetwood, Rory, Morikawa, and hatton on mine
Don’t imagine so. Weather is incredible here right now and will be in the low to mid 80’s this weekend.
Only way is if they decide to let everything dry out but I have a feeling after the last 2 weeks it will be more friendly.
Bryson
Rory
Morikawa
Im
Mats
Joel Dahmen projected at 13% is gross!!!
RG Tiered Ranking
I’m liking the balanced/scrubs approach with 4 guys in the 8-9k range and 2 sub 7k guys. I’m really hoping with Dahmen and some of the others guys down there, Gooch gets a little over looked.
Really liking the X man this week. Ownership is not crazy and he always you to get a 1 or 2 more 9K guys depending on your build. He has been absolutely terrible putting so far this year but made some strides last week and played really well on the weekend. Im not convinced hes going to win but hoping for a top 5 at least.
Will you be able to cascade the groups on your tv the pga tour gold this week. Like 4 squares or more of groups playing at same time or will you just have to flip between the groups?
Sounds familiar, plus plausible for him. His rounds were: 72 68 68 66
I never play Scheffler but I notice he seems to be a popular play in the forum? Is he a good play this week?
I am also looking at Poston and Kisner bounce back weeks for salary savers…thoughts?
I have been following windfinder.com and right now its pretty mild thru-out the event (yesterday sat was not nice). nod to early starts daily but not a big deal. Lets see what tomorrow says.
Watching some players interviews and coverage and early comments seem to be the course is pretty soft at the moment so guys will be able to hit a few more drivers and attack the pins at least the first day or two. Could always dry out if the wind picks up but sounds scoreable for now
Looking at you, Sergio
I have him in one of 8 so far. (And still have two more milly tickets to deploy.)
What do we think of Adam Scott? He sank four of my lineups last week, but also screwed everyone. Maybe he comes back this week, and at lower ownership?
~
I always feel X goes higher owned than projected, at least whenever I decided to use him. He’s a fade for me.
As for Scheffler, he is top 5 in SG:OTT and birdie or better – which are two of my higher stats this week. I’m in
Anyone like Grace as a pivot from Homa/Dahmen? For 6/6 purposes he never missed the cut here, and he did just win a few months ago. Just spitballing.
anyone else like going back to Mr. English?
He’s like an Adam Scott to me (albeit a different price range). Was playing well to start 2020, but has been shaky lately.
Might as well add Ryan Palmer (6,500) to that pivot area. He either finishes 23 or misses the cut, and he’s due to finish 23rd again.
~
It’s a nice game theory play for gpp as Grace will be less than 1% owned while the other two probably 5-10%
He’s going to be a good test of recent form (darned good) vs. course history (missed the cut six years in a row). I’ll let others try this out.
~
Well, I’ve tinkered enough to full fade of Rory. I think I’ll know very quickly how my week is going to go.

Same here because I don’t feel comfortable taking the train and subway into nyc because of Coronavirus (at least that is what I told my firm :))
Mac Hughes anybody? BIF?
