Out of curiosity is anyone taking weather into account Thurs/Fri morning when figuring out LUs?

Right now local CBS station said during 6PM news 46 Thurs and 52 Fri first thing in the morning gradually topping out in the mid 70’s during the afternoon. Sat and Sunday 80’s during the afternoon.

What’s the play? Fade the early tee times?

Willett out due to COVID per PGA as well

Really surprised we hadn’t seen more lately with fans being allowed back at events.

  • noddy

Winner – DJ (he’s just too good at the moment)

Fade – Rory (he sucks at the moment by Rory’s standards)

    Sleeper – Kirk

I am asking for lurkers and anyone who has not joined the happy meal to please enter.
We need roughly 25 more people. It is only $1
    Thanks!

    We need 19 more people.
I even got the elusive Jamcclea to join.

Sent a text to my cousin who is a RG League member but almost never plays HM. He better get his ass in it after taking down the $3 3-max last week. I think he will.

What to do with si woo Kim….🤔

  • kps3205s

I don’t do enough research or play enough LUs to do such a thing.

Only thing I see is Oosti teeing off at 6:56 AM and that would scare the hell out of me if I rostered him but I am passing with only 3 LUs.

If she’s gonna wear the flat cap, I got one question only….Do I bring the Cigar’s?

At least I will give you the correct link. https://www.draftkings.com/draft/contest/104573624

Great to hear all the help…. 15 more to go

I’m not sure I understand how anyone rosters si wooo. Dude is a streaky player. I’ll gladly wait until some semblance of form is back, and hope his ownership is very high this week.

Not saying he doesn’t get it together here, but the time to play him is after he has had a couple of strong showings in a row.

Si Woo rarely ever has any prolonged form (he is only 8/14 in cuts made in 20-21 season) – he just has a couple great weeks every year usually at courses that require precise iron play – it’s a guessing game to if/when it happens but he 25 years old and won 3 times in the PGA Tour (including The Players) plus he has also lost in a playoff 2 times.

He also has one of the best records on Pete Dye courses. He is 4/4 in cuts made at The Players. He has won The Players (TPC Sawgrass), won the American Express this year which just happened to (because of Covid) have 3 rounds this year on the Pete Dye Stadium Course – he also lost in a Playoff at the RBC Heritage (Harbour Town Golf Links)……all Pete Dye courses….

Willett’s 6 starts in The Players have resulted in:

    CUT
    CUT
    WD
    CUT
    CUT
Plus a 2020 tourney cancellation after Round 1

Not saying this was part of some master plan but if he qualifies for a Covid payout from the Tour, that’ll be the most money he’s made at The Players in his now 7 trips to TPC Sawgrass

  • PicklenomicsDFS

Just did a bit of digging into the average number of starts at the Players prior to winning for the first time (since 2000). On average the winner has had 7.4 starts prior to their first win. Since 2014 that number has dropped to 6.5, which makes sense with all the young talent lately. But if I’m looking at a guy for a one and done I’m looking at someone like DJ (obv), Thomas (obv), Reed, Casey, Louis, Hideki who are on at least their 6th try here without a win but have enough course history to warrant a possible win.

Not to worry. We got a VIP outdoor space already reserved at the Red Lobster. Bring a Nikon and an Arturo Fuente or two.

    Reed-Rahm-Spieth grouping should be explosive

  • mitchsnyderdfw

    Winner: Finau beats out Spieth
    Fade: DJ, Reed
    Sleeper: Grillo, Long

  • MrBreeze

Locked and Loaded. 59 entries in the .50 Mini Max, 19 in the $5 DTG, 3 in the yuge $20 Milly.

    Winner: Webb edges out JT
Fade: Had to go all the way down to Casey to find someone I didn’t have in 59 entries.
Sleeper: Back to An again, and a good amount of SeaBass

Happy Meal roulette, hoping I chose the correct line up, and not another one of my dogs.

I have two. The question, as always…How to figure out which (if any) of your lineups are the good ones?

  • celtics69

    Winner Cantlay

    Fade DJ

    Sleeper Scott

  • titanhawks

Just finalized my 40 LU’s in the DtG with a 20 core balanced set and another 20 core stars/scrubs

Most I ever spent in one week but gotta go for it with the last few good weeks and hoping to stay on a roll :)

And like Breeze I now have the difficult task of picking one for the happy meal and one for BtF

Winner: Rahm, Schauffele, Simpson or Finau will work for me

Fade: Had Hatton in my balanced core until Bolton faded him so I had to do a first ever global swap using all the tools in the toolbox lol . Also Reed is a fade

Sleeper: Ghim is my favorite scrub this week
