Still a ways out from Thursday, but forecast shows 80% chance of rain Wed. night into Thurs. morning. Might be real soft for the guys going off early Thursday.

JT? MC after solid US Open performance.

Yeah true MC for JT.. But guys like Xander, Casey, Hoffman and Reed played well the following week after being around the top of the leadboards at Erin Hills.

Edit: Regarding JT.. I remember playing him here last year and that final round of the US Open is where he started to lose his driver which definitely carried over his next several tournaments.

Ya but if you remember JT had a great Saturday at the 2017 US Open and then kinda failed on sunday so he had some negative momentum and was probably in his own head since it was his first good chance at a major at that point. So if you want to factor US Open results I would look for guys who played well on Sunday

F the weather. I’m done with it.

I’m not sure why, the weather report and tee time draw gave a significant advantage in terms of average scoring for the first 2 days for the US Open. Obviously it still matters which guys you picked from which wave and some of the guys were able to play well in the tougher side of the draw but the numbers are there, it was an advantage to have the AM/PM draw

Didn’t seem to have much effect on guys last year.

last year’s US Open was nowhere near as difficult as this year’s.

Kind of liked Putnam. Probably good he is out.

    Why Hadwin?

I know he missed the cut 2 out of the last 3 years here, but he is playing better and steadier this year overall. Just had a rough couple of weeks on links type courses. I think he is due for a bounceback and played steady here last year. May not be the best gpp dart, but I think will be a decent cash game option.

  • flip4flop

Still early but weather looks great for Thursday and Friday 8 mph winds and no rain.

Anyone have any insight on how the pros are determining their exposure %s?

Looking at the Fantasy Labs dashboard, it seems they always have weird numbers like 22.7% or 35.3%. Usually when I run mine, I just do like 40%, 30% etc. Why are there’s so much different?

That’s just what they end up with

You put in 40% and say you play 150 lineups; you’d expect 60 lineups with that guy but could end up with 58-62 on the lineup generator.

Pricing is out. JT the highest at 11.5

edit: Pat Perez at $7000. Cheaper here than what he was last week…?

Thanks! Did you mean opposite, good GPP and risky cash?

Don’t sleep on Nick Hardy and Dylan Meyer this week…also Hossler is coming back rested and has lost his DFS momentum. I think he will win one of the four tourneys before the Open Championship.

  • Jkray25

    I like Hoss this week

  • mitchsnyderdfw

    Luke List is sub $8K?

  • ARightTouch

No euro DK contests this week?

  • astauty

Sabbs/Henley/Si-woo and Beau i really like in that range.

We need a volunteer for the #beattheforum.

you make the rules, but be willing to accept small H2H’s from the general forum league population.

    I’ll take on a few H2H’s.
I lost my ass last week though, so it wont be a whole lot of contests. 10 H2H’s okay or is that not enough? Just thinking about $1 contests.

Yeah I did, my bad. Meant good GPP dart and not the best cash game option.

Was excited to see Meyer priced sub 7K. He was the first guy I was looking at price wise. He’ll be in quite a few of my LU’s this week. Getting on the train before it gets crowded.

What stats are you guys looking at for this week?

What stats are you guys looking at for this week?

SG: T2G, SG:APP, GIR, & Par4 scoring. DK has priced JT accordingly because he crushes every one of those categories. The fade isn’t going to feel good.

  • TrustinthePlan

Looks like the big contest this week on DK will be the 5 dollar drive the green (100k to first).

  • cjstout21

    @ValuableTrader said...

SG app, GIR, and Par 4 scoring…

course is a par 70, so only 2 par 5s this week. Course is pretty short by tour standards so you may see some guys in the top 20 who usually aren’t up there.

Winning score is usually around -12 to -16 under.
