    My thoughts exactly.
But do you know what really makes me sick to my stomach? Having Full Keegan and Coatrack check all the stat, course fits, and recent form criteria this week. I avoid that pair like the plague. I need an Alka Seltzer.

CokeCrack is somebody I almost always have a little piece of, but I honestly can’t think of a time that it has paid off well for me. Undecided.

Keegan typically plays like dog crap when I get interested, and then he randomly comes out of nowhere and has that look on his face like he’s a top 10 OWGR player (when he’s actually 135). Kind of hard to fade his recent form, though.

To me recent form is a Huge deal this week. 2 factors
    1) the course….strategic iron play, GIR (or if you prefer SG T-G) sound familiar going back to the Players Championship…its been big (players, Honda, Valero, RBC)
    2) winds up again this week…..AGAIN being the operative word. I cant remember a year or stretch in recent years that have had wind be a factor in so many events.

edit ooops forgot API the week before the Players, and didnt say matchplay or masters (both windy)

    Oosty????

does he bounce back from last hole last Sunday or does he MC?

hitting it into the water in the playoffs has got to effected him. He was suppose to carry the load with Schwartzel. I cant see any competitor not feeling the opportunity lost and taking the blame himself. Not that I think he should but if it were me…I couldnt apologize enough to my partner.

I think Schwartzel needed that birdie to keep his PGA Tour card? Not 100% sure but I thought so

Weird as none of the 3 with Covid were partners nor did they get drawn together in any of the 4 rounds

Not necessarily, would we know if Michael Thompson or Josh Teater had Covid if they are not playing this week?

Most of the communication is from the PGA and the WD of the players from this week’s tournament.

That’s true I guess – we’ll have to watch to see who is the field for next week when that gets finalized Friday afternoon.

Oh man, Conners is playing with JB Holmes the first two days. That slow play might mess with his performance.

Side note, found this, not sure where their info is coming from, but maybe, just maybe

I think you stirred something. His first twitter post in awhile, but doesn’t look like next week is going to happen.

Well, maybe a coincidence, but as soon as posted something about my man Bud Cauley, he breaks radio silence on Twitter today. Gods Speed Bud

Round 1 pricing is out. Nothing much strikes me as out of the ordinary. Patrick Reed is down 300, which is a smaller drop than the other top salaries.

Jennifer Hahn??? anyone want to elaborate? I dont want to search it.

  • mitchsnyderdfw

    Hatton out as well

Hopefully the Tour doesn’t shut it down again.

On the bright side, Hatton’s replacement is Barnrat (I think) so we get featured coverage of Kiradech.

I wonder how many alternates are left at this point.

I guess Ancer just got even chalkier.

I have him, but also several others in his neighborhood (both slightly above and below, salary-wise). It’s a pretty stacked slate.

Was really hoping nobody would talk about Horsfield too much this week. At least, I hope the touts aren’t pushing him up.

Has he played on the PGA tour? I’m worried his results are against weaker fields.

Not much. Him and Poulter teamed up at Zurich Classic in 2019 for a T9 and he also had a T33 at the Arnold Palmer that year. Bay Hill is a comp course this week and a tough tournament, so at least he had those tests before. Also T14 at Bay Hill in 2018. I’m guessing COVID kept him away in 2020. 79th OWGR puts him in pretty good company.

I can find like 3 golfers under $7k on DK that are worth playing. Never a good sign.

I’m trying to choose between Horsfield and McCarthy for my last spot. Thoughts anyone?

Is this for single-entry? I have both in my 20. And have some lineups with both players.

I had targeted Percy, Sloan, Dufner, and Werenski.

Werenski will be the only I’ll be over the field on.

Slim Pickens down there for making the cut Friday afternoon.

So I am looking past ownership in 2019 & 2018, how much noise do you think this is? I am thinking, golfers who were popular were probably good plays who just didn’t pan out and maybe I should target them this week. I made the mistake of fading Hideki at the Master’s cause of how popular he has been but not done well and of course he wins this week I dont play him. Hideki’s ownership did drop too I think.

For reference, 2 time winner Paul Casey ownership 10% (2019) and 19% (2018).
